The Caravan was clean and cosy on arrival…On arrival little confusing to get access to keys for the Caravan but manage to sort it out soon after, the agent wasn’t as polite & helpful as wanted after getting instructions was informed to hand keys back after getting into our caravan or we would lose the deposit which was really odd and weird as we had a 3 night stay??? But after speaking to “Chantelle” A lovely warm human being so patient & understanding problem/worry was sorted👍🥰…Overall Caravan was equipment very well…lovely gesture of the gas heater kept the caravan warm and cosy in the evening. First time experiencing a Caravan stay kids enjoyed it alot, shame the wether wasn’t with us rain and wind 💨 🥺.
The way out stay was instructed & handled…Staff Customer service to be better and welcoming. Unfortunately no Wi-Fi you had to pay daily for that and the poor signal connection was useless for family contact.

Location was good with the outside which was needed for the three small dogs.
The kitchen floor was very sticky. Cushion covers could do with wash.

The caravan was clean, kitchen was well equipped,
Forgot how little space in caravans. Mattresses we used had springs we could feel them and woke us during the night, so unable to rest properly.
