We had a lovely few days away at this lovely caravan.

It was cosy, clean and in a very good location.

We liked everything about the property.

Worst place i have ever stayed in....

It is a nice looking caravan but beware it has issues

BEWARE! There is a £75 security deposit required that is not advertised but they won't release keys without it The caravan is absolutely freezing. The fire is broken and even if toi are lucky enough to get it working it does not heat the caravan up. Small heater in main bedroom ONLY. Which again does not heat up room. The beds are soo uncomfortable. They are really hard solid foam not memory foam and it's like sleeping on wood. It has NO WIFI! So outdated. Who doesnt have WIFI these days. Couldn't get any signal at all. Also you have to supply your own bedding including pillow cases, duvet cover, bed sheets. It's a joke! Hot water ran out DONT BOOK THIS PLACE you will regret it. We complained and demanded refund but they refused and just blamed it on the weather. They couldn't care less as long as they get their money. Find somewhere else!

Blood stained mattress - biohazard Leaking shower tap Silicone down the corner of the shower - poorly applied Lots of flies above shower Extremely rusty radiator Dirty fans Very poorly decorated Smelt damp We didn't stay the night due to the issues We were offered alternative accommodation by the owner but declined Bed broken We received a full refund - £75 deposit that isn't on the advert but is required by bank transfer and no access until paid Just want to make people aware of how poor this accommodation really is, especially the mattress being very blood stained and a complete hazard to health, I've read a review since about the staining and the owner states all issues sorted but flipping the mattress over isn't really sorting it also the rusty radiator was still there Please see the photos and make up your own mind! How someone can offer this is baffling.

Had a fantastic couple of days.

Property was in good order in a good location within the park. Nice and quiet and only a short walk to both the local amenities and also the beach. It was also a good price.

Refreshing

First time here and what a fantastic stay we had, myself and my partner felt right at home and the kids all enjoyed the space in the caravan aswell, has everything you need for a good stay away, great location not to busy and not to far away from the main resorts 🙂 will definitely stay again

Disappointed. Please don’t ignore the reviews. I’ve been asked to leave a positive review. I was naive as the photos are very deceiving. I’m honestly not a grump, but I have standards the same as everyone else. Arrived to find the caravan cold and smelling damp. The owner offered to move us to a smaller caravan for the same price 🙂‍↔️ Found two cockroaches and a bug in the kitchen cupboard. No mattress protectors on any of the beds. Mattresses are dirty and stained. Carpet in sitting area, dirty. No heating. The gas fire barely works, you need a lighter to light it. The taps in the shower leak, badly. It’s a real shame, as the caravan has great potential, but the owner does not want to spend any money. We left the caravan spotlessly clean. Blind in the toilet broken and only £10 to replace. No curtain or blind on the kitchen window. Bed is very uncomfortable. Oil filled heater in the bedroom very rusty and probably dangerous to use. The Gas safety inspection is two years out of date. We were provided with heaters, although I did initially have to buy one as the nights were very cold. Honestly, the cleaners do not clean behind things. Remote for old TV, not working. The cupboards have been painted over. I bought a new washing up bowl and left for the next occupants. No mop & bucket. I had to contact Booking.com to get my deposit back, details of which should be included in the listing. The only plus side, was the size of the caravan and having a new kettle, toaster and microwave. I’ll leave you to decide. Overpriced for the condition.

Mattresses had blood stains we had spray mattresses with bug spray’s blind in toilet broke pull out bed no good couldn’t wash hands in sink in toilet as it leaked kitchen was good

Everything was superb , clean and spacious …about 10 minutes walking to the beach , even less to shops and amusement…really good prices competing to other places my kids age 12 and 8 had fabulous time .I was bit concerned about £75 deposit but it has been refunded on the day we logged out .Excellent communication with the owners .

Close to everything

First time going to Chapel Saint Leonards, and I will definitely be going back, caravan close to the beach, and also the strip with bars and amusements. Most of all, I couldn't believe how cheap everything was in Chapel, It was dog friendly, and the teenagers loved it as well as our elderly parents 😀 I will miss my morning walk with the dog to the beach ⛱️

One day off rain 🤣 It would have been nice to have outside chairs when the sun was shining, we will bring our own next time
