Lovely caravan , very clean . Lovey touch if a small welcome pack for the kids as well !

On arrival at reception , could not collect the keys . Reception staff did not know walnut our arrival . Would not give keys as “ no pack available “? Told me to contact the owners . I informed them we booked through Booking. Com , and did not gave a number to ring . They reluctantly agreed to contact the owners with no success . Told us to go for a walk and come back , which we did . Fortunately they managed to get hold of the owners who informed them to release the keys !

Fantastic site great priced holiday would definitely go back

Caravan was very clean and had everything you needed the kitchen was very well equipped and there was soap at all the sinks and washing up liquid and cleaning things . I had brought all my own as usually there isn’t any of these things so that is good to know for the future . Location is excellent on the site . On the perimeter and quiet only a few min walk to the shops etc which are really good lots of places to get food . Also short walk to beach which was really lovely and quiet . The site is very nice and has everything on it .

Great location with swimming onsite to keep the kids entertained! Short walk to the beach and entertainment onsite on the evening. Caravan was well equipped and great for our short stay. Really helpful hosts. We would definitely stay again.

The mattresses and pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable and this didn't make for a good night's sleep! Everything else was great.

Very clean and lovely caravan. Everything you’ll need is included. Great location, literally a 5 min walk to the beach and local pub/amusements. Very easy check in/out process. When you check in you’ll need £20 cash for the key and it’s returned to you upon returning the key. Swimming is £7 pp and you have to pre book before you go. The club house is £4 pp per day. The local pub does lovely food. There’s a small supermarket on site for essentials. Overall I would highly recommend this caravan site.

Great caravan in an ideal location

The caravan is in a lovely quiet part of the site and has a spacious living area. The decking is also an added bonus for more space. The caravan has two single rooms and a double as well as a bathroom and toilet and a toilet on its own which is all very convenient for a family. There is a lot within walking distance and even more within short drives.

The shower temperature was very hot and we struggled with the tap as it wouldn't turn any further to cold.

Excellent location, close to shops, situated on a nice quiet part of the park, caravan was lovely and clean, nice little welcome pack on arrival, owner was responsive and answered any questions quickly, I would have no problem booking again and can reccomend booking this property.

Good location and quality caravan

Good sized caravan, plenty of space to chill as a family. Two toilets a bonus. Cooking equipment, cups, plates, bowls etc etc all good. Very clean and shower is excellent. Not far from the beach or the site's entertainment area. Good little supermarket, and arcades. Would stay again if in area.

Mattress not great in the main bedroom. £20 cash only, key deposit required on arrival which was not aware of. Then to get it back your tied to the check in opening hours, otherwise you have to wait for it in post, not sent recorded. Not owners fault this is site rules. Evening Entertainment complex can be expensive, £20 for two adults and 2 children per night, or you can pay £55 for the week which is worth it if going multiple times.

Close to a shop, take aways, pubs, bus stops, entertainment places and fairly quiet. Beds were comfortable and some extra pillows and bedding for the sofa bed provided.

Superb

Fantastic cleaning facilities, massive fridge freezer, beach on the doorstep, lovely roomy shower.

Not a big fan on plastic on the beds under the covers, top sheet kept coming off and exposing the plastic underneath which meant a sticky broken sleep. Double room latch didn't work properly which was a bit awkward getting changed when children around!

The caravan itself was brilliant. Had everything you needed to have a great stay. Love the fact you can take dogs and they are safe on the decking having the gate. Lovely little welcome bag on arrival. Lovely clean caravan in a perfect spot. We did have an issue with no gas on the first night however, communicated with owner well and a lovely gesture of paying for food for us as we had just returned from shopping as we planned on cooking all week. The gas was replaced by 10.30 the next morning. The site had a great mimi market, souvenir shop, take aways and a cheap crazy golf attraction as well as the nightly entertainment complex arcades and swimming. You can book swimming 48 hrs in advance which I would strongly recommend.

The only remark we could say about the caravan is maybe consider installing wifi. The singal around skegness is absolutely shocking. Several locals told us that it's been like that for a while when the new mast had been installed, and since that point, the 4G was rarely working. This made it a little harder when sending messages through booking.com regarding gas when we couldn't connect to the internet. Other than that, the caravan was perfect Golden palms reaort itself, and we do have a little feedback. - The big communal bins on site were not emptied the entire time (4 nights) we were there. They smelt awful and looked disgusting. - No dietary needs catered for on the complex. My partner, due to health reasons, needs a gluten and dairy free diet. Unfortunately, not one place serves anything apart from standard milk/bread, etc. - The prices at the bar inside the club tropicana are quite steep, and seating is hard unless you get in there for 5 pm. However, nightly shows start at 8.30 after the kids' club. Our almost 11 Yr old is too cool for that, so there was no way we were going in 3 hrs before the show started. Two adults and 1 child cost £16 per night. Security staff did nothing about a group of teens smoking something other than cigarettes and drinking alcohol on the corner of the golf course entrance. Swearing and shouting isn't nice when the area is surrounded by families and young children.

Best Girls Trip

The caravan decor was beautiful!! Like home from home and so clean and loved the attention to detail. It definitely made our first girly trip away and most definitely will be booking again !

There wasn't anything that we didn't like we was happy with it all which is amazing. The only bad thing was wish we could if stayed longer lol.

ample parking for 2 cars. the shower was really good and the cooking facilities were decent.

The back bedroom was damp, which I understand wasn’t helped by the weather. Condensation was bad on the window and wardrobe in the back bedroom and with the room being so small the bed would get wet. There was a gap in the front door which let out a lot of heat.
