Never again the gentleman I spoke to was lovely on the phone but the property was definitely dated and of poor condition

The location was ok

The property was extremely cold despite having the heating on. The window in the living room let a massive draught through the curtains did not close correctly the seating had stains on them. The property we saw and booked had been booked out unbeknown to the male owner who then offered us his personal home this then fell through due to family friends having it the place we ended up we were told was a lovely place this was not the case. On contacting the owners daughter who deals with the booking about the window I was text to say go outside and push the window which would then seal it. On using the vacuum before we left this morning it was full and looked as though it had not been emptied in weeks. We both slept with our clothes on and if not had been over a three hour drive to get home we would have left last night. I have pictures of the issues raised You moved us because we broke your toilet more lies if we had as you said broke the toilet why would you move us ?

Dissatisfied with the caravan, dirty crumbs under mattress on the floor, mold on the microwave door, filthy pillows and quilt, no light in toilet and other areas, dangerous broken socket taped up, no carbon monoxide monitor

The owner was plesent but was paying tradespeople to look after the van for him or her and getting a poor job off them

The shower was good and the van was dry

The overall feel of the place was grubby and unloved and was showing its age all round the van The van was mucky in places and the cleaner just did the minimum To me they had no pride in there work so it showed in the overall look and feel of the van The maintenance man had no skill as in how to do anything as the pop out bed was broken he said he’d come and sort it out after the weekend but never showed up

Awful.

Was an ok size.

Communication was awful. Things with the caravan: Caravan said would be ready for 4 Not being funny but it was not ready at all Nothing had been cleaned or wiped down Toilet had hair and dirt on it, Carpets were dirty Marks all over bed sheets Double plug socket 100% UNSAFE WRAPPED IN ELECTRICAL TAPE my 7year old showed me it!! The beds were awful my wife and I layed in it and you roll to the middle as the bars for the frame are bent so the mattress isn’t flat it has a dip in it. Had to bring our own sheets and towels for some reason, Door handles literally hanging on, The tv didn’t work at all the whole time we was there but apparently worked 45 minutes after we left, nobody come out to have a look at it to try and sort it, tried to get me to do it over the phone. From previous people: face cream in cutlery draw, Juice left in the cupboard Dirty cups Draining board not been wiped Shoes under 2 of the beds, Crumbs all over the table Shower gel Rubbish in bin with black mould in the corners Did ask for some sort of refund or anything to be sorted for our stay but of course just took their money and that’s that Will 100% not be coming back.

I think the bed protectors could have been replaced as had a few stains on them. The toilet seat was broke on arrival but the owner was made aware and they responded straight away

Excellent value for money

The property is well located and within 15-20mins to the beach/centre of Chapel St Leonard’s. Excellent value for money. Great facilities on the caravan site at Club Tropicana with some decent entertainment. The caravan was also well equipped and there was good communication from the owner.

A Wonderful Stay

Location, clean and tidy caravan, cosy, had all I needed to use, and also the owner was really helpful. The weather was perfect, lovely and sunny.

I couldn't figure out how to get hot water working. But then I didn't look at the instructions about it.

Good location, clean and tidy caravan, quite sleep

Good location, quite neighbours and caravan park. More people arrived Friday night but still haven't disturbed our sleep. 15mins walk from pubs and 30mins walk to beach. Bed was comfy but a bit small to what we are used to 😊 shower powerful and water stayed warm . TV worked well. Kitchen well equipped with toasters, kettle, microwave, oven and cooker. Plenty cups glasses and plates, pans and utensils. Only spent 2 nights so had all we needed .

Decking a little dirty (bird poops and cobwebs) and gate a little wonky so had to take more care closing them not to slam them loudly. No instructions regards relating boiler (we are not regular caravan renters so it might be our fault for not knowing) so I thought we didn't have hot water.

Was a lovely relaxing evening.

It had a home from home feel. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Was allowed to bring our dog which meant we didn’t have to find someone to look after her.

There wasn’t anything I could say didn’t like about here. We only stayed 1 night.

Great get away!!

The caravan was lovely and spacious for me and my family ( 7 of us ). Only 8 mins drive from Ingoldmells and a good couple of parks in the resort plus a large arcade on the resort too overall brilliant stay!

Not good at all.

The caravan had a very old smell, the heating didn’t work at all with drafts coming through near enough every window. The tv didn’t work so I had to come back from meeting family to allow access to someone with a cable. The gas wouldn’t work. I was charged £50 refundable deposit which was given back.. as the caravan has damage already. Couldn’t use the shower it was freezing cold water. Bedrooms was ice cold. Overall wasn’t worth the money as my family paid less and their caravan was immaculate modern. So I would look around before booking a stay. People was easy to deal with though.

Needs a good clean.

It needs an urgent update. Holes in the nets, curtains you could see through as they were so old. Large stains on the settee’s. Wasn’t happy to walk around without shoes on. Toothbrush and toothbrush holder were left in the bathroom from previous occupants. Really sorry as you were so nice to speak to on the phone.
