It was ok we went out everyday

Moneymaking wouldn’t let us hire a high chair because we didn’t book with them swimming £7 each per person per day 6 people per£42 for the week entertainment was same and kids play area was in club Tropicana

Worst caravan I’ve ever stayed in

The caravan was very dilapidated The grill pan was in cupboard under the sink catching a leaking water drip. There was no cooking items. Saucepans etc! More than disappointed with the whole experience. Cut holiday short because we were having to live off horrid takeaways.

Shocking communication did stay at the property because of cleanliness provided photos

As for trying to get a free weekend I didn't stay at the property and handed the keys back in within ten minutes. That's not trying to get a free weekend. I didn't stay at the property booking.com also agreed with the photos and videos I sent and is still in dispute

great site and location could have stayed longer

property had a brand new carpet on arrival along with new Upholstered sofa bedrooms clean and to a good standard location very near main entrance host on hand with any issues or queries promptly caravan was warm tv had good picture warm shower deposit refunded same day

didn't have an iron but stated ironing facilities so could be a little clearer on description thats all

Nothing really noisy neighbours which i know is not your fault.

Had to buy a tin opener, mop, tea towels, shower kept falling off, felt the springs through the mattress, fridge froze some off the food and the lamp shade wasn't screwed in properly and it fell off and hit me on the head while i was sat at the table. Also radiator in hallway does not work.

Clean caravan, nicer than the pictures. Was expecting it to be quite dated which it was however the sofas had been reupholstered which were nice. Its basic but has everything you need. Shirley had done a lovely job with the cleaning 😃.

Good for the money we paid - did the job.

Caravan was location close to the clubhouse and arcades.

Mattress on the bed gave no support. There were no essentials left (toilet roll, washing up liquid or sponges) Radiator in hallway didn't work, so it was very cold at night.

Caravan needed freshen up dated.. Living room seats got tears and really worn..under living room pull out bed was dirty. Breadbin rusty and in bad way..shower head loose and wife nearly fell in shower. No wi fi and kitchen cupboards was bubbling. too far to walk to beach from caravan. Cleaner lives on site and kept passing every day asking to leave good feedback.had site engineer knocking twice unotified requesting to carryout inspection when I had valuables and wife wasn't too well and dog was going mad.paid for 7 nights only stayed 4 and decided go home.very disappointed with overall experience and caravan facilities. Lost 400 pound on this booking.

Brilliant week away.

Location was great near lots of local amenities, such as shop, take aways, beach, bus route and pub! It was clean, good size for our family (2 adults 2 kids 12 & 7). was nice to have a proper double divan bed rather than a small caravan double bed. The decking area was great too.

I would of liked a fridge with a little freezer at the top so I could freeze ice packs.

It was freezing at night which is expected at this time of year but the fire didn't kick out much heat, last minute message to provide our own sheets, duvet covers ect, glad I the hindsight bring toilet paper as there was none
