Great stay.

The caravan was neat and tidy and nice and cosy for our stay. We had all the bits we needed for a nice stay. There is a fridge and freezer. The gas ran out whilst on site and the owner was quick to get a replacement to us within an hour. The spot on the caravan site is good being very close to everything but not one bit noisy or busy around the caravan. The only thing I would say is that the shower was very warm even for an adult so our littlest child had to be washed another way. I would definitely stay again with my family.

The temp of the shower was to hot and I could not find out how to lower this but it might be me. The sofa could do with being a little larger two of the guests had to sit on dinning chairs. Not a big deal but one to note.

Brilliant communication with the host was a good lactation close to everything it was comfortable and cosy and was a very good price all in all we was very happy with our stay

Lovely family caravan

This was our second stay in this van we absolutely love the location right near all amenities and pubs are a short walk away. close to the beach which was beautiful found another bar on the way to beach that was very nice. Has a park 3 caravans down which is ideal for little ones. Food onsite is very nice has lots of choice. The van is comfortable and cosy and value for money we will be coming back many thanks

Unhygienic caravan

The location was great, and the caravan park was clean and tidy. It's got everything you need on site and around you for a great family break. The club house is brilliant, especially for the kids. It's just a little expensive without members' passes.

In my opinion, and rightly so, running a business like a caravan let out , you would go the extra mile so the customers are happy and keep coming back, but not in this case. I just think it's disgusting turning up to a rentle, and the caravan was in such a state even tho the cleaners have been in and cleaned up, apparently. IE : Dirty sink / cooker / work tops / floors / Bin cupboard / child's high chair / sofa was minging Carpets in the room are disgusting ( in need of a carpet cleaner. In fact, the full place needs a deep clean, and the cleaner needs sacking.. So are children's few days away wasn't spoilt by the poor service, me and the wife cleaned the caravan ourself and if you have kids you'll get why we did it... owners did offer to send clear back but clearly couldn't do the job right first time so we declined, and the previous comments we read had the same problems My advice is, don't try to shift the blame on customers, we're paying for a service, and your duty is to deliver.. it's not all about earning the £££ Even when we left, we cleaned the caravan, it cost nothing to be nice..

Ridiculous owners, classic sales man approach

It was in a good location and had plenty of amenities on site

The travel cot that was supplied at the property had poo all over it and smelt so bad!! We messaged as soon as we realised and was told it would take the man 4 hours to get to us and that we would have to pick up a cot from another caravan. We had travelled all day and had only noticed the cot about 6pm so we asked if we could get the cot in the morning and we would have to make do with the situation until morning. The next day it was arranged that the cleaner would bring another cot which he did! And this one had poo stains on too!! We then had another one sent to us which arrived just on babies bed time which was a tough. Instead of kicking off we literally just pleaded for an alternative as we lived 4 hours away ourselves. The third travel cot was adequate and was eventually happy. We then arrived home and received a message that we had urinated on 2 mattresses and he is trying to recover £170 from my bank as it cost him that much to sort out the urination problem. We only used 2 of the 6 beds offered (including the sofa bed) so this is definitely not the case at all! The beds he is saying that have been urinated in haven’t even been used by us.

Fab location. Owner went above and beyond. As I had contact him a few times. And contacted me stright away and sorted problems i had and was happy to do so. Perfect size for my family. We all enjoyed our stay very comfortable.

spacious. the tv was a very good size, a lot of vans only have little 32inch but I’m sure this one was 50inch! it was clean and tidy, its a lovely caravan, beds already made up upon arrival, not much of a walking distance to club Tropicana as it’s pretty damn close so that was great, overall 10/10 to be fair

the only real issue I had was when I had a shower, the shower head on the rail didn’t hold up so the shower head was a tad too low, and the shower for some reason went absolutely freezing twice during a 5 minute shower, we had to keep turning the hot water dial on the boiler and the shower on and off to get it warm again, but there’s not really big problems, I’d stay there again in a heart beat.

Great location

We have stayed at this caravan before. The location is perfect as we holiday with my 81 year old father the walking distance to amenities is perfect.

The shower floor feels really unstable and is currently using masking tape to cover cracks this also caused a leak in the bedroom behind the shower.

Excellent holiday

The position of the caravan was excellent for all the shops and bars. Good club and swimming pool and amusements a 3 minute walk away.

The double bed was fine for me but my adult son who is over 6ft tall struggled in a single bed. Other than that all was good.

Caravan was lovely modern & clean. Outside table & chairs on decking. Great location near shops, takeaways, arcades & local club & bar. A few miles away from fantasy island & a short ride to Chapel Village. I would 100% stay here again. Owner was great & helpful when needed.

It was so central to everywhere and there was so much to do in the surrounding area. The caravan is close to everything on the camp but it is in a very quiet area and the campsite is very clean. The caravan is very well equipped and very comfortable. If I'm back in the area I'll definitely re-book.
