There was nothing not to like .

Excellent location to all amenities. Very quiet area. Extremely clean,had everything that U could possibly need Comfy beds. Very spacious. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend. Will definitely return. Beds made up for arrival.

Everything as usual. Always keep coming back for a reason. Can't wait for the next holiday stay.

The caravan its self was lovely and has so much potential to be absolutely awesome and where it is situated is absolutely fantastic so close to the amenities and good distance for young children. Owners mum (cleaner i believe) was lovely and friendly. We was able to check in early which was lovely also! Easy to find the van and smooth check in and check out.

The caravan is in need of some love, attention and TLC. Its abit run down and was not clean on arrival however a message to the owner it was rectified ( wont add photos of the issues as was sorted ASAP). However little things like the walls & doors needing a wipe, extractor fan needs a deep clean, dusting on shelving, decking needs a good clean, cupboards need fixing as all coating coming off, bathroom door has broken wall bracket/fragments, seal needs sticking back on shower at bottom as hanging off, one of beds in one of the 2 single bedrooms is rusty and all coating coming off. I dont know how others say the beds are comfortable as they were terrible could feel every spring we ended up buying mattress toppers! The table and chairs outside are that rusty and corroded feels like their going to break. Like I say just needs a good deep clean, some of things mentioned replacing and it would be perfect. Also with only one window in living room able to open would bebefit from a fan on hotter months. Please not checkout isnt 11am-12pm as stated when booking.
