Turist Apartment

The apartment is in a great location, closely located to the main pedestrian street and within walking distance of all the key sights along with restaurants and shops. The air conditioning was really good, which was very welcomed given it was 35 degrees outside! The apartment was very good value for money and the size worked well for 3 people. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/living area are all good sizes and were comfortable. The beds were comfortable too. It was also very useful to have a washing machine in the apartment. There was also a great amount of towels for 3 people, which was great. The kitchen had an oven and hob which was very useful. The host was very responsive, when we arrived the apartment was missing some soap etc but she responded quickly and arranged for it to be delivered the following morning. Overall, it was a very good stay especially given the price we paid, but we think a few small maintenance jobs would be beneficial.

There were three of us booked to stay in the apartment but it was missing some items like bowls for cereal. We only discovered this the morning after check in. It might be useful to add some more small items like this for the kitchen. The shower could do with a small bit of maintenance. The shower head wouldnt stay in the holder and the shower door had to be closed with a stopper. The shower head itself was great but a few small fixes would solve this easily. In order to pay for the apartment stay, we had to go to an exchange/money transfer office across from the apartment block before check in and make the payment via a transfer. We do not speak any serbian so we just had to give the hosts bank details to the lady in the office and hope that it would all be processed correctly. There was also a small additional fee to pay for this (approx €4). We travel regularly but have never had to arrange payment like this so it made us feel a bit uncertain. We had travelled to Nís via bus for 5 hours so this was a bit stressful after a long journey with all our luggage. We would have been more comfortable if we could have paid via booking.com or revolut in advance.

It was very clean, amazing location at the centre, very nice interior. Nice staff. Great price for the property.

Parking was very hard to find. We had to wait quite a while for someone to come check us in.

Good central location. Plenty of room in the apartment. Facilities for washing clothes were really good. Bed was comfortable and nice bed linen, really good pillows.

There was only 1 pot for cooking in. A frypan would be really handy.

Close to city center

The apartment had an odor of tobacco and the bathroom was not that clean.
