The location is excellent. There are supermarkets for shopping and restaurants nearby. Having a covered parking garage is a huge advantage. Before your stay, the host sends you a detailed video and information message, so you don't have any trouble finding a spot.
There was nothing we disliked. Suitable for family or group stays.

Location is perfect to reach pedestrian street, river Nisava and nice atmosphere of city Nis. Property was clean, towels ready.. Communication with owner was via Whatsupp reliable and on time
For longer stay than overnight a bit more kitchenware is needed
