Excellent

I highly recommend this excellent location. Very close to the city center (maximum 5 minutes walk). Underground parking for a fee (5 Euros). The apartment is very nicely decorated, well equipped, separate bedroom, balcony access from both the living room and the bedroom. Don't miss the Maze restaurant in the city center.

A perfect stay with great location, comfortable apartments, and an outstanding host.

We stayed as a family and had booked two apartments. Everything was perfectly organized. The apartments were clean, spacious, and had all the listed amenities. The location is excellent – just a few minutes from the city center, restaurants, and shops. There is convenient parking on site. The host was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, everything was great and we would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Apartments in the city center.

As from day one, NAR Royalton has been providing exceptional services and accommodation in the heart of Nis. Cozy and spacious apartments in a brand new residential building. Exceptional parking lot and round the clock availability of the front desk. Always my number one choice for accommodation in Nis, Serbia.

Cleanliness was not great during this visit, for the first time in a couple of years now. It should be attended.

Recommended for families and couples

The room is as advertised, definitely would recommend for couples and families. The staff was very friendly and responsive, they even let us extend our checkout. The rooms are great, comfortable and clean. The spotlight of this apartment is definitely the jacuzzi. The kids loved it. Can fit 2 adults and 2 kids if you don't mind being pushed around.

There were only 2 large towels however I believe the staff would have provided us with more if we asked. There was no cooking oil, would recommend adding it to the rest of basic ingredients such as salt, sugar, coffee etc.

Great value for a weekend escapade in Niš

Apartment is well located and has a nice parking spot. 10 mins walking distance from the city center. The building is modern, and the apartment is nicely furnished. Cozy stay for 2 people :)

As a small note, the balcony is a little small and pigeons often come, leaving it very dirty.

Good for travelling by car

Apartment was fully equipped with everything in need, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bed was big, the couch also. View from the balcony is great across the town. There is underground parking with surveillance cameras and an elevator from the parking to the apartments hall.

Room was smelling a lot of smoke. Probably someone smoked inside. Towels looked very worn out and had tearings.

The bed linen provided was only one sheet. Granted there may be bed linen in the cupboard but the cleanliness of extra linen in the cupboard is questionable at any hotel.

Romantic getaway at the centre of Nis

Jacuzzi was amazing, there was enough warm water to fill it. The whole apartment was very spacious, and had a luxurious feel to it. It looks even better in person. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful, and they let us leave our luggage when we checked out, before we had to leave for the bus station. The apartment itself was close to the center, we could reach any place walking 5-15 minutes.

Location is perfect 5 minutes walk distance to city center, and 15 minutes walk to Aqua park. Every room have parking place in private parking. Access to building is controlled by personal PIN code, and no limit by time.
