The only issue was with the shower drain, after showering sometimes water would collect in the center of the bathroom. Wouldn't have been an issue if we would have found the mop sooner.

Felt like home – spacious, cozy, and pet-friendly!

I absolutely loved my stay at Lumo Nis! The apartment was much more spacious than I expected, with three separate rooms plus a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for relaxing or working. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for me. The whole place was spotless and really cozy, with a lot of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location is great—central but quiet—and the host was amazing: super friendly, responsive, and full of helpful tips about what to see and do in Niš. Special thanks for all the great recommendations! I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Great stay in central location with amazing host!

The apartment was spotless and in a fantastic central location, with everything just a short walk away. The host was outstanding - great communication, helped us park by saving spaces with their own cars, assisted with the parking payment, and offered excellent recommendations for the city. Their hospitality made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Parking is paid and on the street, so having a spot nearby the apartment can be tricky. We miscommunicated about needing to pay in euros, so it’s good to have some on hand. At checkout, someone was waiting right outside the door, which gave a feeling of pressure, even though we left on time. Overall, the stay was great, and we would recommend it!

Локацията на апартамента е доста добра.

Ще започна оттам, че пиша, че има паркинг, реално няма, търсиш си място и плащаш си зона. Бяхме с малко бебе, апартамента беше меко казано мръсен. Первазите бяха целите в прах, чаршафите имаха петна, в банята беше мръсно, както и пода. Абсорбатора не работеше, за съдомиялна нямаше капсули. Счупи се бойлера и повече от половин ден бяхме без вода, майстор стоя там, не можехме да мръднем, а след ремонта не си почистиха и може да си представите какво беше в банята. Подсушаваха с тоалетна хартия, която се предполага, че е за гостите, но ни беше казано- ще си купите ако не ви стигне, майстора я ползва. В едната спалня няма врата, тя е все едно към кухнята. Не останахме доволни.

Este un apartament frumos situat intr-o locatie centrala, renovat recent. Mobilat modern si foarte curat. Paturi mari si foarte confortabile. Beneficiaza de internet de buna calitate. Gazdele au fost foarte receptive la solicitarile noastre, ajutandu-ne sa rezolvam plata parcarii.

Scurgerea de la baie care ne-a creat probleme deoarece toata apa de la dus s-a scurs in afara, riscand sa ajunga pe coridor cabinei, lipsa unui gel de dus si becul ars de la baie. Ca recomandare pentru proprietar, ar trebui amplasata o masuta sau un mic spatiu mic de depozitare a hainelor in camera cu paturi separate precum si o veioza in aceasta camera si montate plase de tantari la toate geamurile de la camere.

Veliki minus PARKING. Nebi bilo nikakve zamerke da je napisano kako jeste. Parking je javni i plaća se. Može da se plati samo dva sata ili dnevna karta koja iznosi 600 dinara.

Komfortowy apartament w centrum Niszu

Świetna lokalizacja, apartament w samym centrum ale tak usytuowany, że nie jest głośno. Można się poczuć niczym rdzenny mieszkaniec Niszu, wychodząc rano na zewnątrz do piekarni nieopodal i jedząc śniadanie po serbsku czyli burka z serem popijając regionalnym jogurtem. Parking jest przy ulicy, ale miejsce czekało zarezerwowane dla naszego auta. Świetne miejsce na nocleg w Niszu będąc przejazdem jak i na parę dni.

Może jedyny malutki minusik - dodatkowa opłata za parking której właściciel nie uwzględnił w cenie apartamentu, a którą uiszcza się na miejscu.

Luksuzan, komforan i lokacijski fenomenalno pozicioniran apartman.

Lokacija je bila fenomenalna, apartman je bio prečist, posedovao je mnogo korisnih i praktičnih stvari, jako komforan. Domaćin je bio veoma ljubazan. Parking je najmanji problem jer ispred apartmana imate puno obeleženih parking mesta. Svaka pohvala, do idućeg puta!
