I found the property to be in great shape, having all the essential amenities, and conveniently positioned near the main path leading to Rtanj mountain. The host was incredibly kind and offered us invaluable help in coordinating our travel plans. Anticipating our early departure and the unavailability of breakfast, he kindly prepared sandwiches for us to take away and even assisted us in reaching the bus station after our trek.
Getting the keys initially proved to be a bit tricky. A sign with directions at the reception would have been really helpful. Eventually, we figured out that the restaurant in the building above was the place to go. So, we headed there and asked at the counter to get the keys sorted out.

Hosts were polite and friendly, along with the staff. Restaurant was delicious. Breakfast will be remembered as the best ever. :) rooms were spacious and fully renovated with a kitchen. It had everything you were looking for. Location was great. You can see peak of Rtanj from the house.
This location even had a little play area for the kids which was a huge bonus :) i definitely recommend this place and would atay here again.

The accommodation is fine. It's like a university dormitory. Beds, bathroom, and parking, nothing more, nothing less. Most rooms have a terrace, which is a huge plus.
The walls of the room were damp up to waist height, which was quite a depressing sight. They forgot to turn on the water heater in the bathroom, so we only had cold water. Although the toilet had a "sterilization certificate" sticker on it, there were huge "brown marks" inside. Obviously, everyone goes hiking in Rtanj, so the accommodation's role is basically to provide a place to sleep. Overall, it's a place for a night or two, but don't expect any luxury or professional staff. The accommodation is listed under two different profiles Sobe Gmitrovic and Apartmani Gmitrovic. One has a rating of 8.7 (which I think is almost realistic), the other has a rating of 9.1 (which is very far from accommodations rated above 9).
