Nice location

It a whole apartment is decided into rooms with no isolation. You can hear everything in every “apartment”. The towels smell like mold and weren’t clean. Also although the host said would deliver a receipt for the stay and return some small change from the cash payment they didn’t come. They disappeared and stopped answering messages or phone calls. Although they seemed friendly when i checked in they were very not professional and rude.

We stayed there for 1 night. Host is super nice, apartment is located in city center. They have private parking, its 5€ . Bed was super comfortable.

Super nice host, great price, cozy feel like you're at home.

The host was super nice, the price was great for such a place with such a wonderful view and it felt cozy and nice, the place was wonderfully built well balanced colors and even though the size may seem small, it is actually big enough for whether you're visiting for short trips or staying for longer period it is a great place to stay at.

The AC was crackling from time to time, woke me up in the night with a crack, the TV used IPTV which I don't mind but we had to call the host to get to know how to get it working which wasn't a big issue and the previous person that stayed in didn't take out the garbage but it was fine.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Niš. The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the city center, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area's attractions. The apartment itself was well-maintained and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout my stay.

It is almost in the center of the town and the owner was very good and helpful!

It was very dirty! They didn’t through away the garbage of the last people who stayed there. There were hair allover the bed. The floor had something that looked like dog food and spider webs everywhere.

The appartment met expectations but the kitchen was lacking

The location was very good, and the host is lovely and the appartment has a good view and style and is generally furnished nicely.

There were alot of amenities missing, kitchenware, garbage bin, and toilet roll were the main ones. The Doors could do with some sound proofing too as the rooms was occasionally quite loud.

One night stay

The apartment was clean and very warm. The host was very kind and answered immediately at our messages. The bed was very comfortable, there's a cable TV and there was hot water. There were all the amenities for a short stay and the center of the city was really close. There's a parking space if you have a car. I totally recommend this place for you stay at Nis.

The night we stay there wasn't enough shampoo and shower gel, but maybe it's ok because we made a last minute reservation.
