Really cheap,but with lots of things that should be worked on

This apartment is in the heart of Nis, it's truly a great value for money. Another plus, it also has a parking place and excellent WIFI connection even though somehow in the description it is not mentioned, maybe it would be better to change this detail. Recently renovated, the bed was confortable.

The place could have been cleaner. Everything was in order, but we’ve definitely stayed in tidier apartments before. Note that there’s only one air conditioner in the living room (which has not been cleaned long time ago), which makes it nearly impossible to cool the two bedrooms,something to keep in mind on hot days. We also found it odd that the windows and doors hadn’t been replaced, as the living room shows real attention to detail. They creaked loudly whenever we opened or closed them, which was quite annoying. The apartment is on the 7th floor of a very old building. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it could be for those uncomfortable with heights, since access is either via many stairs or a very old elevator. The biggest inconvenience, however, was the key system: the key was in a locker, but to get it you first had to enter the building by buzzing someone,not ideal, especially with a late check-in. The host was communicative but not particularly friendly. Payment had to be left in cash inside the apartment, and he sent a confusing photo of a door that we couldn’t even find nearby. As experienced travelers with strong English, we found his slightly condescending replies unnecessary. There are lots of things that could be improved...

Great location and price!

The location is excellent, very easy to leave the car in the parking lot and walk to the main sites in the city center. We also liked the living room and balcony, they were both great places to relax after a long day.

Personally I didn't like the automatic sensor lights in the hallway and bathroom. It meant that any time I needed to use the toilet at night (or get something from the living room or kitchen) the bright overhead lights would trigger and destroy my ability to go back to sleep quickly since my brain was now fully awake. I suggest changing to a much smaller nightlight instead.

Old, stinky building. Centrally located. Cheap.

Centrally located. Very old building. The price is ok for what you get, which is the bare minimum of amenities. There is a constant stench of cigarette smoke that somehow makes in inside the apartment through old vents, probably from other apartments.

Great location

The location was great! Few min walking to the city center. The apartment is on 7th floor (there is an elevator) and it has a nice partial view on the mountains. The apartment has new furniture, it is very spacious amd it is clean.

The apartment is still unfinished. It was painted but for example the heaters were left out. On the balcony, there was a metal construction which was supposed to be hung up but it was just left there. There were few things missing in the apartment, for example a place to put towels in the bathroom when you want to take a shower. Also the shower was very slippery. The AC is in the living room and it does not reach the bedrooms. It was very warm in summer. The doors of the one bedroom could not close. Overall it is a very nice apartment that misses that final touch to make it more comfortable.

Great value for the price

Excellent location, great view from the roof terrace, great host, the appartment is spatious and well equipped. All furniture and interior was new and well thought of.

The bed sheets in one of the bedrooms were not clean/changed, we assume it was a rare mistake and not a common practise.

Comfortable Apartment Close to Walking Street and Fortress

The location of this apartment was excellent. Only a 2-3 minute walk from the most popular locations in Nis. The apartment was comfortable and efficient, newly renovated. Great for a family of 5.

Ostace nam u pamcenju lep boravak!

Sve je bilo super. Lokacija sa pristupacnim i besplatnim parkingom. Komunikacija sa vlasnikom izuzetna, sve po meri. Apartman je izuzetno sredjen i opremljen. Sve preporuke!! Ispunilo je nasa ocekivanja, vidimo se opet!!

Ne bih nista menjao! Nama je lokacija 100% odgovarala. Ceo grad kao na dlanu!

Család Magyarországról

A szállás nagyon szép, modern, a legjobb műszaki dolgokkal felszerelt, erkélyes,légkondis, központi fekvésű apartman. Önálló check in volt, viszonylag későn értünk,tranzit állomás volt hazafelé. Megoldható volt minden kérésünk. A szállásadó segitőkész volt, viberen képes segítséggel is ellátott. A szálláshoz, a házhoz tartozó zárható parkoló is tartozik, de mivel vasárnap este volt, teljesen tele, mi inkább a közelben lévő parkolóházat választottuk.

Ez egy nagy emeletes házban a 7.emeleten volt a lakás melletti boxban a kulcs, a lépcsőházba bejutás nem volt leszervezve, hanem be kellett jutni, ez lehetett volna kellemetlen akár.. Hetfőn, kicsekkolásnál elromlott a lift.

Goed gelegen en ruim appartement in stadscentrum.

Goed gelegen, parkeren kan op parkeerplaats bij appartementsgebouw, appartement is zeer ruim, vlotte communicatie met verhuurder. Rustig geleden en toch dicht in centrum.

Lift is zeer klein (en oud) Parkeerplaatsen beperkt en "vrij te kiezen" dus je moet geluk hebben of soms even wachten. Eenpersoonsmatrassen en lattenbodems in kinderkamer aan vervanging toe.

Eine fantastische Wohnung direkt im Herzen von Nis! Absolut sauber, groß, leicht zu erreichen mit Parkplatz vor der Tür. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt - wenn noch mal Nis, dann diese Wohnung! P.S.: in der Beschreibung steht: „kein WLAN“ - doch wir hatten auf unserer 30-tägigen Balkanreise eine der schnellsten Internetverbindungen! Fazit: Top Wohnung!

Stan je jako prostran, veoma funkcionalno rasporedjen, cist i uredjen, perfektan za celu porodicu. Apartman se nalazi na odlicnoj lokaciji, samo 300m od centra sa privatnim parkingom. U neposrednoj blizini zgrade, nalazi se i restoran Nislijska Mehana, gde se sluze odlicna Srpska jela. Vlasnik je veoma ljubazan, izlazi u susret, sve preprouke za njega i ovaj objekat.
