Best host experience and best hotel

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host. He welcomed us with homemade cookies, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. We also accidentally overpaid, and he immediately informed us and made sure everything was corrected, which we truly appreciated. Throughout our stay, he was constantly checking in to make sure everything was going well and that we had everything we needed, without ever being intrusive. The room itself was amazing and very well equipped there were plenty of forks, knives, and everything you could possibly need, as well as a fridge that was more than sufficient for tourists. The room also had a big TV, a very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, and all the small details you could ask for. The heating was excellent, keeping the room at a consistently perfect temperature. We were also traveling with our small Pomeranian dog, and there was no extra charge, which was absolutely amazing. This makes the place especially great for tourists with dogs, as many hotels do not allow pets at all. On top of everything, the location was fantastic, right in the city center. Overall, this was hands down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and we highly recommend staying here.

It is not bad but not the best as well..

It was very clean and also location of the apartment is amazing. It is in the city center. We stayed end of october and I think duvets was not enough was very small.. A/C is not working properly and also some things in the apartment is broken for exp: shower and the waste bin in the bathroom..

Nice apartment but the smell of cigarettes from corridor and apartments was oppressive.

It was a great apartment and fantastic location.

Sadly the apartment was really smokey. It was like sleeping with an ashtray. It was more about the smoke from the corridors and rooms around us. Sorry to say this as it was a great flat but the smoke was oppressive.

Excellent spot to stay in Nis

The property is centrally located, exactly 180 metres away from King Milan square. Our late check-in request was accepted and our self checkin was very smooth.

Great stay in beautiful and calm apartment!

Apartment looks beautiful, you can see the evident touch of an architect in interior design. It is very sunny inside since the orientation is on the west and yet very quite because it's positioned opposite of the main walking street. Host Dimitri is so welcoming and funny, he helped us with everything.

Great place to stay while visiting Niš

Free parking in the closed parking lot in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi. The room had air conditioning. Very beautiful and rather large room. The owner's brother, who dealt with us, was very nice and friendly and spoke good English. The location was great, right in the center.

The windows and door of the room did not hold the sound the best. When finding the location, please note that it is actually located in a hotel and Google maps does not find the address quite correctly.

Apartment is very central close to anything you need in nis. Very clean. Facilities where extremely comfortable with all amenities described. Room was as advertised and large in regards to space

Perfect!

Such a nice apartment in a very central location! If it were any more central, you'd be on a noisy street. This place is quiet, has secured parking, and is around the corner from everything. The apartment is clean, fully equipped, and nicely decorated. Dimitrije is very helpful and easy to communicate with. One of the best apartments we've ever rented and a superb value for the money. Highly recommended!

The most beautiful apartment at Nis

This apartment was perfect! Everything was very clean and cozy. It is very big and it has all the amenities. Although it is in the heart of the town, in the most crowded pedestrian road, it was a very quiet apartment. The housekeeper was really helpful, cheerful and kind. If you are going to visit Nis, it is surely the best choice. Extra: If you have a car, there is plenty of free safe space for it.
