The apartment is located in the center of Nis, so no need to use the car when discovering the city, even if one hasn't been there before. The apartment was small, but very clean. There is free parking within the apartment area, a VW Passat combi-sized car also fit (through the door).
There is a loud café / pub next to the apartment, therefore nights at weekends can be very noisy /loud. Take your earplugs into your travel bag, you may need them.

We have stayed 4 times at Dream Rooms, the hosts are lovely, central location, parking in the courtyard, very clean. Niss is a lovely place, really worth exploring the park and the river with bars and restaurants.

only location is very good…5 min walk from the fortress
heating system is not working well..bathroom is very cold and floor is freezing…very tight in the movement…mattresses are not comfortable…cleanliness is not very good..there was a baby cot with a lot of stains..parking place is available,but there was a car behind us and its owner left, and we couldn’t move our car..
