Everything was absolutelly perfect! The clear instructions we receive to enter the apartment, the apartment itself extremelly cosy and equiped. It is close to anything you need and the host is very helpful.

I received the call with the cancellation a few hours before my arrival. Unfortunately, I had to search for another accommodation. Disappointed, I planned the vacation a long time in advance but in the last few hours I received the message that I had to change my plan…

Nice apartment close to city centre

Location is good. Many within half hour walking distance. The fortress about 10-15 mins walk. Decent size apartment. Clean throughout. Nice restaurant 50 m away.

Parking is challenging due to narrow passage and small parking space. Need to be very patience. I don’t quite like paying cash but managed anyway. However, for the price, we are getting very good value for money.

Excellent stay in the center of Nis

The building / apartments are brand new, everything is exceptionally clean, smells good and the choice of furniture is tasteful. And, oh, the bed is incredibly comfy! The host is wonderful, helpful and easily available. You can walk everywhere from the apartment, the center, the fortress and the river are a couple of minutes away and there are some great restaurants in the neighbourhood.

The road to the garage is somewhat tight & steep, so if you're not a skilled driver (like me, but, luckily, my husband is), or you drive a big car, mention it to the owner - I'm sure they'll propose a great solution.

Нов и чист апартамент. Има всичко необходимо за приятен престой. Удобна локация на тиха улица. Възможност за парко място. Добре оборудвана кухня! Отлични инструкции за настаняване без дори да видим домакина.

Единственото нещо което не ми хареса, че имаже малко миризма на цигари. Въпреки табелите за забра за пушене в апартамента явно някои гости не се съобразяват с това.
