Boravak u ovom smeštaju je bio zaista izvanredan! Sve je bilo besprekorno čisto, uredno i udobno. Domaćini su bili izuzetno ljubazni i gostoprimljivi, uvek dostupni za bilo kakvu pomoć ili preporuku. Lokacija je odlična – mirna i prijatna, a opet blizu svih važnih sadržaja. Krevet je bio udoban, a smeštaj opremljen svime što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Ambijent odiše toplinom i pažnjom prema detaljima. Topla preporuka svima koji traže kvalitetan i prijatan smeštaj – sigurno ću se vratiti!

I loved the location- just across from the Cair park, walking distance from stores, restaurants and city center. I loved how clean and modern the apartment is. The communication with the hostess Miljenka is very easy, giving good and detailed information about everything. It is a perfect long or short term stay.

The property's location was quite convenient, just a 15-minute walk to the city center. There is a small but beautiful park just across the building and at least two restaurants/cafés/bars within walking distance of 3-4 minutes. The area seemed quite peaceful and safe. Contrary to previous comments, we can confirm the availability of the most necessary kitchen utensils. The host, Miljenka, is hospitable and cooperative.

The apartment had a few minor scratches and dents, nothing too serious, except for the shower cabin, which didn't close entirely. After use, the entire floor of the bathroom was one big puddle, and due to the lack of mop, you'd have to wait until the next day to dry up.  The people who stayed in the apartment prior to arrival were moved to another apartment but didn't return the second keychain. We were already accommodated and chilling when the guy previously staying decided it's ok to unlock and enter the room to search for some beverage he'd eventually left behind. This, to me, is negligence on behalf of the host.  Although the building is new and looks modern, the walls are too thin. A few of the things that were quite bothersome given the low sound isolation were:  The apartment we hired №14 is on the ground floor, which was quite uncomfortable given that its living room shared a wall with the budlings passage to the backyard; hence, every car going in and out was more than noticeable.  Kids playing in the backyard as well as running in the apartment upstairs till midnight the first two days wasn't nice either. A couple from another apartment was having fun, apparently not taking into consideration they ain't alone, and in our apartment we heard it load and clear.
