Great value for money. I will definitely stay here again

The staff were extremely kind and accommodating, and were available to assist with all our needs throughout our stay.The apartment was spacious and could easily accommodate more guests. It was well organized with a separate bedroom. All the furniture was brand new, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed

I would prefer to pay a bit more and stay in more clean place

The hotel felt very dirty and unpleasant, especially if you are sensitive to cleanliness and staff standards. The property is in serious need of renovation. The walls, blankets, and pillows are very old and looked unhygienic. I had to use extra sheets to avoid direct contact. Breakfast options were very limited and mostly consisted of pastries. Transportation to the ski center requires advance booking and is available only a few times per day. We ended up using taxis instead.

It was ok-ish, not good or wow, but at a good price for the purpose we came: to ski

I liked the warm in rooms+ the view with snow The fact that they provide transport from the hotel to slope, 10 minutes by car.

The breakfast very low, cheap: the same food everyday! 😞 not even changing the fried eggs with an omlette 🤷‍♀️ a lot of food (at the breakfast) based on bread, puff pastry; no fruits or fresh vegetables, cold milk only, the coffe is not included in and the worst fact for us travelling with a children: the smokers are allowed to smoke inside, and during breakfast we were inhalating the smoke and the kid also 😢

location is good, rooms were big, heating was good, Mountain View was awesome, kitchen was well equipped.

in the 3rd floor, with no lift, had to carry on the luggage to the room.

Pleasant

I am coming back for the third time. The room was very good, but it's not good as the previous one, parking is near and free of charge, and it is close to Suncana Dolina parking beside the first ski slope. The restaurant is nice, breakfast is superb. The market shop is within the building.

The studio was smaller than I had on my previous stay, with a sofa bed that was very uncomfortable

Reserved smaller apartman but got bigger. It was really nice suprise. Stuff was nice and breakfast was awsome. Did not expect so much choise.

Water heater was confusing. It was working but was not heated to much so you needed to wait for a little bit so other person could take a bath.

We didn't like that the restaurant didn't have what we wanted to eat from the menu and our choices were limited, but the breakfast was great.

I forgot my coat there. Came the next day after check out, and the staff returned the coat to me. Kitchen equipment.

Even if we arrived late, the host was waiting for us. the apartment was big enough for 3 persons.

The restaurant was closed during our stay and we were not informed in advance. We had to take breakfast nearby and the personnel there was not very friendly...
