If you don’t mind the service, and only stay for the location.

Not cleaned properly, no ventilation systems, fridge wasn’t working, no toilet paper provided, staff was so slow to respond to any message, and the cleaning service last day of the stay asked us to leave one hour earlier saying that ‘they heard us we already woke up’.

Good location. Near the ski elevators. Good complex with all needed: restaurants, rentals.

The property attempted to cancel my booking while making it appear as if the cancellation was initiated by me. I was never contacted about this. Messages sent through the Booking.com chat were completely ignored — I did not receive a single response. I had to contact the property myself via WhatsApp. Only after I refused to cancel the booking on my own did they provide payment details and insist on prepayment. The maintenance issues I reported applied to one of the rooms only. In that room, the toilet was loose and not properly fixed, the toilet seat was broken, several power sockets were pulled out of the wall, and a light fixture was damaged. In the second room, there was a persistent smell in the bathroom resembling burnt wiring. Additionally, the built-in stove was not working and was replaced with a portable electric stove plugged into a wall socket. On the second-to-last day, a cleaner entered the room without knocking in order to take some cleaning supplies. There is no regular room cleaning provided, so this felt unexpected and uncomfortable, and gave the impression that the room might be used as a storage or base for housekeeping. Overall, communication was very poor and the condition of the rooms did not meet basic expectations.

The only good thing about the property was its location.

There was no one to deal with, the problems were never resolved, there were issues with the internet and hot water, and the hygiene was in a very poor condition. The room they charged us for as a ‘mountain view room’ was actually a basic room facing the front of the hotel.

Very bad experience.

Only location! Nothing else!

Everything is bad except the location. The facility is old, bed sheet is too small to fit in the mattress, literally it is just a small size of sheet. Towels are old and hard. No service at all, asked once, but didn't come, we need to ask twice to only get clean towels! Toilet didn't flush properly! They don't accept card payment, asked cash, but we didn't pay by cash, transferred money using MoneyGram which the owner provided, but he said he didn't get the money after days we checked out! He didn't get the money was only because he didn't pick up the money. And during our stay, there were old lady knocked our door asking for rest of payment. She didn't understand English at all. And no proof she was the owner. This apartment has lots of issues. We are lucky to stay safe until we left. Will never come back again and please don't book with them.

Good value for money, very good location, close to the slopes and restaurants

The location. It was very close to the slopes. We had hot water, it was warm inside the room. You have restaurants around, you also have a small kitchen in the room for making sandwiches, coffee, a little refrigerator. Quadruple rooms (Angela apartments) are a little bigger than triple, fitting 2 adults, 2 kids. We had discount to ski equipment and ski school.

Small rooms, old furniture, a little hard to solve problems about changing sheets and towels, clogged sink.... But the host was answering quickly. You should reserve parking 24 hours before arriving (5-6 euro/day).

The location is perfect, but the apartment could have been better.

The rubbish was in the kitchen cabinet when we came in, the socket was hanging out of the wall, the freezer compartment was full with ice, the towels were not changed every day, the shower shampoo was missing and the hand soap was enough only for two days. I contacted the staff regarding the shampoo, they told me that the cleaning lady would come, but she did not come.

Prljavo, pohabano, bez osnovnih stvari u kuhinji, ultra socijalno. Renovirano jako davno, miris cigareta pri ulasku jer su se u zardinjeri kod prozora nalazili ugašeni pikavci prethodnih gostiji pretpostavljam. Da bih koristila sudove sve sam pre upotrebe morala da operem. Jedina šerpica je bila kao iz kante, generalno su sudovi bili kao sa buvljaka. Jedina vredna stvar je odlična lokacija.

Nečistoća, nedostatak osnovnih sudova, ono što je polomljeno - plafonjera, držač peškira u toaletu i još X stvari nije popravljeno + jadan enterijer, imaš skroz loš vibe a na odmoru si.
