The apartment was advertised with misleading pictures and the actual accommodation was of a much low

Location, bed, towels and heating is great.

When I made the booking, the apartment was advertised with one set of pictures showing a certain standard. However, on the day of arrival, the pictures had changed and I was given an apartment of a much lower standard. The property was clearly old, worn out, and poorly maintained. The apartment was full of dust, with old carpets and furniture that were visibly tired and dirty. I was coughing constantly while staying there, and the moment I left and returned home, the coughing stopped. This makes it very clear that the dust, old carpets, and furniture inside the apartment caused this issue. This is completely unacceptable and misleading. The accommodation I received did not match what was advertised.

This is standard studio apartment in Konaci. Everything was as expected. Location is great. Apartment is equipped with everything that you might need. All in all, for every recommendation.

There is no ski locker provided at the venue.

Bez kuhinjskog dela i bez nekog trpezarijskog stola, bez frižidera. Vrlo hladno pored prozora, grejanje na niskom nivou kao i generalno u drugim apartmanima u Konacima (već viđeno ranije / navodno lošiji centralni sistem za sve apartmane).

The apartment is located near the slopes - just 5 minutes of walk. It has 3 separate beds (1 double and 2 singles).

Well, there is no kettle…We boiled water in a pot..Also, we had problems with fridge and WIFI!!
