Everything was as in the photos. The appartment is close to the slopes so it’s very convenient.

It would be great if the kitchen had basic items such as salt, sugar and oil. This certainly does not affect our rating.

I would like to add at least the minimum to the kitchen - salt, sugar, tea.

Great location and service personnel that's the only plus.

For the price, the room was very modest and tired. There were also some questions about cleanliness. The bed linen smelled strongly of washing powder; it was difficult to sleep in that smell.

Sockets faulty, bottom right window drafts. One night no hot water between 20:30 and 22:30. No extractor fan in the bathroom so when using it, bedroom/leaving/kitchen smell. Apartment was studio with separate bathroom.

location, best location close to everything. warm room nice view. clean.

parking is only available if you are lucky, there is no reception so you can’t complain to anyone about the noise. drunk kids screaming all night in the hallway you have to get up at 3am to confront them to get some sleep. bathroom is way to small.

It is located in the heart of Kopaonik, 100 meters from the slopes. Clean, well heated and cozy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of amenities nearby...

it was self catering and we were able to please ourselves. it was central to all the bars and cafes that we needed.

the noise from the bar below stopped us sleeping, in hindsight we would have a different location than above the restaurant with live music every night.
