A gem near the city center

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment! It’s beautifully furnished with comfy beds and all the amenities you’d need for a home-away-from-home experience. Everything was spotless, and all appliances worked perfectly. The location is great — just a short 5-minute walk from the city center. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Keep in mind there are parking spots, but this is city center so it is paid. Price for parking is very reasonable - 5 euros per day. Sunday is free.

Great location, clean and cozy place

Everything was great. Location is awesome. You are in the heart of the city and there is no noise at all from the street, which we really liked. Host is very nice and helpful. It is very clean and cozy apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely go back again.

Sad, but can't recommend it

I would say that the location is good. And host is very welcoming.

Despite of that fact that the host was a charming lady, who was very welcoming, I must say, that the apartment is in a bad condition, need some repair works. When you look at the photo gallery of apartment, you can see 50 pictures of animal towels, not the most important information - picture of building, entrance...so it would be easier to find a building. Keep in mind, that there is ONLY parking for 5 EUR per day, so basically it's 10 EUR, even if you stay there only for one night. Bed linen was quite bad, and bathroom with toilet was a disaster.

Квартира - норм, отзывчивость хозяина - стрём.

Отличное расположение, большая квартира с новой мебелью и кроватями. Мы бронировали квартиру когда она только начинала сдаваться и цена была ниже чем сейчас, это был лучший вариант в городе. Хозяин встретил нас лично и передал ключи.

Я оставила один наушник от samsung buds в кровати, заметила это только вечером, когда мы уже были в другой стране. Я написала хозяину(мы общались ранее в viber и встречались лично) что забыла наушник и если вы нашли его при уборке, сообщите пожалуйста, мой знакомый в Нише заберет его. Удивительно, что хозяин просто не ответил! Прочел и промолчал. А если бы я оставила паспорт или кошелек, вы бы тоже не ответили?
