The property is well-furnished and in great condition. The location is excellent and easily accessible, and communication was clear and smooth throughout.
I had to open the windows when I arrived, as the ventilation in the property was insufficient and there was a slight smell inside.

Apsolutno sve pohvale. na boljem mestu nisam boravila, a putujem dosta. Lokacija je izvanredna, pesacka zona, sam centar centra, za domacina samo reci hvale, profesionalizam na prvom mestu. Enterijer je perfektan, volela bih da sam u mogucnosti da neko od resenja (za osvetljenje, npr), tus jedinica, kombinacija boja zidova i sl, primenim i u svojoj kuci. Vrata se otvaraju na sifru, zakljucavaju se sama, tako da vam kljuc nije ni potreban. Sa vlasnikom smo se videli samo kada smo usli i platili (i to nam je izasao u susret da bude 2 do 3 sata ranije). Grejanje je centralno, sa dva radijatora u dnevnoj sobi. Necete se pokajati, a ja znam gde odsedam sledeci put u Nisu.
Imam samo reci hvale.

Doar ca se afla in centru
Accesul in camera se facea dupa ce strabate-ai 2 holuri.
Nu era foarte curat.
Unul dintre geamuri era defect si nu se inchidea etans. Intra vantul si frigul pe acolo.
Patura pentru canapeaua extensibila nu avea cearsaf.
Dormitorul este foarte mic si intunecos, problematic pentru cei claustrofobi.
Nu poti folosi jaluzelele deoarece lipseau bucati din ele:
