Amazing experience, all you need for a great holiday!

Ciste posteljine i peskire, i dosta cist apartman generalno Jako zanimljiv izgled i raspored stana Blizu setalista U sustini, za 2 dana smestaja bilo je dosta ok

Frizider i rena su bile dosta prljave i dosta detalja u kuci je bilo ne vintage nego staro: escajg, serpe (cak iako mi nismo ih koristili posto smo boravili samo 2 dana). Jedan kozni kauc pocepan, drugi (krem) dosta ofucan, parket jako skripi. Zavesa na tus kabinu strokava.

a large double bed but was covered with two single bed sheets which didn't tuck well under the mattress and immediately tangled when laying so eventually you sleep on the bare mattress wi-fi is poor, not reachable from the bedroom no kettle

Spacious place with unique designs

My stay was in April 2023 and I can say that the apartment is truly unique with various hand-made designs such as a chandelier made of bicycle chains. You can explore all the different objects there and keep spotting more interesting things. There's a lot of space - a big living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen where I worked during the day sitting at a large table, and a balcony. Staying in this place indeed was an experience and a pleasant one! The hosts were nice and helpful and the location of the place is also very fine.

Everything was great, although it was cold outside, we had heaters in every room

Kids were just playing, and neighbors on the next floor asked us to be more quite, although it was a daytime. May be they were too tired or floors not too soundproof, there was no special noise and was a daytime

Spacious and comfortable apartment, for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids it was ideal. Everything is clean. Kitchen is well furnished. Great design with a lot of personal touch. The apartment has it's own parking space, which is very convenient. The hosts are super nice and warm, the communication is very easy. You can order food from the hosts - we ordered dinner and breakfast and the food was delicious. The location is central, near shops and cafes. We definitely recommend this place and we would stay here again.

Great facility for a large family!

It’s a beautiful and very spacious house, with a beautiful yard and barbecue facilities. Very sunny with roof windows!

The floor was cracking pretty much everywhere in the living room, which was a bit inconvenient for us because we were traveling with a baby.

Where to start... Good things first: big apartmant, good location and clean.

Not so good: far away from images on BOOKING.com; outdated, overpriced, no toiletries in the bathroom, broken toilet plug, we had to ask for heating to be on because it was freezing ( thanks to older Lady we had luke warm radiators for 90 minutes). Loose sink taps, no enough items in the kitchen. Card payment not accepted, Cash only, exchange rate higher than selling Bank one, no receipt. Huge dissapointment, far away from what apartman for that price and that location should be, with improvement and more effort could be a gem. Older Lady was great, everything else not recomended unless you want to feel no value for money.ći

Hosts have been welcoming, very warm and hospitable. We had pleasure to enjoy amazing food prepared by host, that was best we had in the area! Space is very spacious, offers unique and fun interior with lots of details and definitely stands out vs the other apartments in the area. They have a lovely cute garden where u can enjoy meals or have chat. There is also working desk and good wifi. Would’ve definitely recommend and hope to come back!

Location, comfort, hosts...

Needs a bit of maintenance. Water closet is partly broken and needs a special treatment after use to function properly. Can be easily fixed, but not priority for hosts. Very old TV sets with broken remotes. TV in the kitchen again needs special treatment to be turned on. During check-out nobody was at the property, we checked out via phone call. In general, comfortable property with pleasant people, but maybe too relaxed approach.

Objekat se nalazi na sekundu od centra Banje, a opet dovoljno zaklonjen od buke. Smeštaj nudi i prelepo dvorište. O svakom detalju su mislili u apartmanu i imate sve što vam je potrebno. Kreveti su jaaako udobni, lepo smo se naspavale i odmorile. Domaćini su jako ljubazni i uvek na raspolaganju.

Sehr schlecht und ganz und garnicht zum weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage mehr auch nicht

Die Rezeption war in einer Kochnische. Die Treppe zu dem Apartment war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Der Boden in der Wohnung hat unnormal gequietscht. Die Steckdosen waren alle extrem locker. Das Wasser im Badezimmer ist fast gar nicht geronnen. Die ganze Nacht haben die Vögel am Dach ramber zamber gemacht. Die Möbel waren sehr alt und verschmutzt. Die Kaffeetassen waren schmutzig. Also alles in allem sehr schlecht.

Vlasnici su stvarno dobri ljudi u svakom pogledu! Oduševilo nas to kako je stan nameten! Predivno! Osećaj da si u poseti rođacima! Čisto, sve ima! Od sada imamo SUPER afresu za posetu Soko Banji!

Stepenište. Ali shodno tome da nismo naglasile da imamo asmatičara,mene 😁 nemožemo da gunđamo😁 verovatno bi moloch u prizemlju.
