Centrally located apartment

It was a nice centrally located apartment. 5mins walk to the main city square.

Nice stay, with small improvements needed :)

Location was excellent, 2 min walk to the city main square. The apartment was more than we expected: generous living room + kitchen, separate bedroom and a nice terrace. Also, great wifi available.

A bit more attention to detail would be needed, in my opinion. And here are some examples: bed sheets were clean, but they had holes and tares. The bathroom was mostly clean, but the toiled cover had.. spots. The balcony furniture was quite shaky (seemed old and worn), you couldn't place a coffee mug on the table, because since it was shaking so badly, the coffee spilled out. Not big issues, taken separately, but like I said.. it's these small details that overall give the impression of carelessness. Also a coffee maker would be much appreciated as a kitchen standard utility.

A convenient apartment in a good location.

I can’t give the highest rating to a smoke-filled apartment. Compared to other Serbian apartments, the smell of smoke is not that strong. Otherwise, everything you need is there. Excellent underground parking.

Lep stan

Jako lep stan, prostran, cist, sa dve terase, super zgradi, na dobroj lokaciji, sve je na par minuta peske, postoji i parking obezbedjen. Bas sam zadovoljna i vrlo rado bih ponovo ostala ovde. Komunikacija s vlasnikom azurna i prijatna, za sve su nam izasli u susret.

Odličen gostitelj in prijazna komunikacija z njim od začetka do konca. Apartma je od centra oddaljen 5 minut hoda in tik ob reki Nišavi. Zgledno opremljeno stanovanje, dober wifi in ugodna cena.

Moze da prodje

Odlicna lokacija, cisto, ljubazan domacin, siguran parking.

Nema mikrotalasne, stan je u krovu zgrade pa sam plafon je u kosinama, vise puta sam udarao glavu o plafon ili noseci stub krova, iako sam normalne visine. Kada usao u stanu bilo je jako toplo i trebalo vremena dok je klima rashladila na adekvatnoj temperaturi.

Cazare foarte bună chiar în centru aproape de faleza. Comunicarea cu proprietarul si primirea a fost foarte buna si promptă.

Există doar un singur aparat de aer conditionat in living care este insugicient pentru intreg apartamentul, acesta fiind situat la mansardă.

Sve je kao što je opisano i u ostalim recenzijama. Mogu samo da potvrdim trenutni ukupni rejting svih recenzija. Od nama najbitnijih stvari: vlasnik je skroz ok za komunikaciju, parking je obezbeđen, lokacija uz samu reku Nišavu i blizu centra grada, tvrđava sa ogromnom zonom za šetnju blizu, setalište uz kej odmah iza zgrade, Tržni centar blizu. Nema greške.

Schönes Appartement im Taubenschlag

Zentrale Lage im 5. Stock eines neuen Gebäudes mit 2 Liften. Gute Verdunkelung durch Raffstores. Sehr gutes WIFI. Sympathischer Gastgeber, der mich vorzeitig ins Appartement gelassen hat.

Das Appartement hat stark nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch imponiert (hat sich während meines Aufenthaltes auch mittels durchgehendem Lüften nicht beseitigen lassen). Die Tauben auf den Balkonen (einer war unbenutzbar) waren eine akustische, optische, olfaktorische und hygienisch negative Beeinträchtigung.
