My stay at Bentley Apartments was absolutely outstanding. The apartment was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—quiet, safe, and close to all essential amenities. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. Safe, comfortable and welcoming stay - perfect for sleep tourists

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in the heart of Pristina. As Serbian visitors, we felt completely safe and welcome throughout our time there. The owner was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring - always available when we needed anything. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the space is remarkably quiet, making it perfect for sleep tourists who value quality rest. The location in the center is ideal for exploring the city, and having private parking was a huge plus. The large jacuzzi was a lovely touch and a great spot to unwind after a long day. The apartment is beautifully designed - cozy yet spacious, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Pristina, especially if you’re looking for comfort, safety, and a warm welcome.

The apartment was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The host was very kind and answered a few questions promptly. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return if we were to visit again.

It would have been helpful to receive check in info before arrival. That was partially my fault, because I could have asked for it before we arrived. There was a mix up with communication through WhatsApp.

A wonderful apartment, spotless clean and great location. Environment was safety. Good beds and very quiet. Decoration has been done with very good taste. A host was perfect, he answered all questions immediately. He helped us with luggage storage after check out time and a taxi when we left. We highly recommend the apartment.

Comfortable and quiet

The location was central, the accommodations were nice and clean. We had a bit of an issue with people smoking in another unit and all units share the same air but the apartment management dealt with it swiftly upon request. Kitchen is well stocked but could use a bit more Items for long term stay. The tub is nice but showers are difficult because the place doesn’t have a shower curtain. Otherwise, the apartment has plenty of space and quite comfortable. The management team is nice, helpful and proactive.

Now allowing explicitly smoking in the apartment; also stock up a few more items in the kitchen (microwave, skillet, etc.); curtain in the shower; washer would be nice since the apartment already plug ins.
