Excellent value for money

It is close to the gondola, most important advantage, so easy access to the slopes. The apartments are comfortable, kitchen well equipped, spacious enough for a family of four. Also the little pool and spa are really a plus after a skiing day. We appreciated the little amenities like the slippers and bathrobes, the extra pillows and blankets.

Good and spacious apartments.

This was the 3rd or the 4th time we stayed here. We like the apartments, the hosts and the location.

The sofa wasn’t that big as the last times we were here, but it was ok.

Nice building, nice location, near the kids ski track and gondola. Restaurant in the building was pretty good.

Although pretty new and with enough amenities, apartment we were in, was not quite maintained well, with a little bit of effort and small fixes it would be terrific.

The staff was friendly especially the manager of the restaurant. The location is good as it is near to the gondola.

There wasn't any shuttle bus as announced and no official parking lots. Also the spa center was not working too.

Great place for a perfect vacation

Very nice personnel,the apartment we stayed in was spacious and confortable, nice pool and sauna and quite close to gondola. If you don't want to walk ,you can also have a bus from front of the hotel to the gondola for 150 rsd-2ways,very cheap. Good food at Veranda restaurant !Strongly recommended.

Jacuzzi worked with quite cold water and then was stopped for service.

We had a really enjoyable time

The apartment was very comfortable and had most of the kitchen basics. We really enjoyed the pool and being close to Hotel Junior where there was a small ski slope. We also really enjoyed going on the gondola ride to the top of the mountain. It was easy to get to Kopaonik and the roads were good and cleaned quickly after snowfall. It was very useful to have a convenience store just below the building, since we had to buy water for drinking and cooking because the tap water was not potable.

The wifi connection was very bad and did not work so we had to connect to another room's wifi network, and then it was ok. We also needed some help figuring out how to work the TV and cable. There was work being done in the restaurant on the ground floor and it continued into the evening hours when our kids were going to bed, so we had to complain about the noise. The restaurant was closed during our visit so we did not get to try it.

It was clean and bright. The service at the reception was excellent. They are pet friendly.

I did not like noise from the road. Also, we could not use Jacuzzi at the Spa.

Excellent location in the nature. A small but good shop a the entrance. Lively atmosphere with a lot of kids around, having their summer training camps. Nice and modern interior of the apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Swimming pool on the ground floor.

The jacuzzi in the spa section didn't operate. No possibility for breakfast and for dinner in the hotel. Nevertheless there is a "koliba" in 250 m distance, serving breakfast and dinner. Parking place only for 5 cars. Of course these are always occupied. So practically no parking place. But it's not difficult to find free place a bit further. Not all staff speaks Serbian at the reception. Despite all these, I would say that the hotel still worth the cost

Worth of every cent.

To be precise, I have stayed with my family at the apartment number 24, so when I say that accommodation was really beautiful, so nicely arranged and furnished it is regarding that one. Location, facilities, nature... all worth staying there.

Due to the covid restrictions, or some equipment failure steam room and jacuzzi were out of function.

Everything was perfect. The staff is very nice and polite, the room is big and fully equiped with all the necessary, the spa is nice, the shuttle service it works very good. Next time we will make for sure the same choice.

The only thing that can be improved is to serve some vegetables on the breakfast.

Vedere foarte frumoasa din camera, magazin universal la parter, caldura, curatenie, bucatarie complet utilata, baie moderna cu incalzire in pardoseala, lift, amabilitatea receptionerilor.

Am aflat deja inainte de inceperea sejurului, dar totusi l-as trece la minusuri, faptul ca nu a functionat spa-ul din cladire. Intr-o camera scartaiau podelele la fiecare pas.
