The apartment was spacious, clean and easy to find. We received instructions that were easy to follow and there was a free parking on spot - especially important when traveling with small kids. The whole apartment was perfectly clean and everything smelled nice. The TV, internet and coffee machine were just what we needed for out short stay. No driving through the city to get to the apartment, it was very convenient to get from the highway.

Although there is a big mall close to the apartment, it is still far from the city center. At least it looked like it for us, traveling with two young kids. For more mobile parties, it would be a good option to stay away from the city noise.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Niš East gate APT with balcony and free private Parking and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a beautiful balcony that made mornings and evenings especially enjoyable. The space was well equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay, and the attention to detail really showed how much the hosts care about their guests’ comfort. The free private parking was a huge plus and made everything very convenient. The location is excellent — peaceful yet close to everything important in the city. The hosts were incredibly kind, professional, and always available to help with anything. Communication was smooth and pleasant, making the whole stay stress-free. I truly felt at home here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Niš. Without a doubt, one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in. I will definitely be coming back!

The only small issue was that the address on Booking was not clearly set and the map did not show the exact location of the apartment. It would be very helpful if the host could add the precise address and correct pin location, as the apartment is actually in a much better and more convenient spot than it appears on Booking. Once this is updated, future guests will find it much easier to arrive and will better appreciate the great location of Niš East gate APT with balcony and free private Parking.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The apartment is a great place, very well furnished, clean, and comfortable. The host is amazing, very kind and helpful, which made our stay even better.
