Cozy , comfortable place to stay in nis

The location is really really good , right besides Monument to the Liberators of Nis. Close to bus station, fortress & shopping street , restaurants & supermarket. The host is very nice. The apt is very cozy & the bed & sofa are very comfortable. I really appreciate the little welcome gift which is very sweet. Love the smell of the home amora and the shower get & shampoo.

Water in the shower drain away quite slow, maybe unclog/ maintenance repair is needed. But all other things are very good.

Great place - would stay there again!

Lovely apartment - good-looking, well maintained and comfortable. Ample space and handy kitchenette. Location is great and it was a very comfortable stay. Definitely staying there again if we come back to Nis!

A few more coffee beans for the lovely espresso machine would not have hurt ;-).

I stayed in the studio apartment and it is falsely advertised as 30 square meters in size. The true studio size is at most 22 square meters. It didn't pose a challenge to me as a single person but couples staying for more than a day or two will be uncomfortable for lack of space. The coffee machine is surprisingly large but I had no idea how to use it. Perhaps younger people who are more talented and tech savvy will make use of it but seeing a Jezve (to make traditional Turkish coffee) is already provided and keeping in mind coffee in Niš is cheap I question the need for it as it takes valuable space and makes the studio feel more crammed than it would otherwise be.

A great couple of days in Skopje

Outstanding Apartment and gracious host. Awesome location close to all the attractions that Skopje has to offer.

Not the apartments issue, however the apartment opposite had a party going on to the early hours and was very noisy with people coming and going.
