Well equipped and gorgeously located studio on the riverbank in the city center

1)The apartment was squeaky clean and fully equipped with everything one needs (hairdryer, kitchenette, small stove, kettle and a bunch of complimentary coffee/teas). 2)Location is gorgeous! 2 min of walking from the Fortress and from the main square. Airport bus passes nearby too. 3)Very pleasant and helpful property manager. Hvala, Katarina. I really enjoyed my stay =)

It was quite chilly in the apartment at the beginning, because (I suppose) there was no one before me, so the heating got probably turned on only shortly before my arrival. But that’s more of the season/weather thing, not the property issue, so they still deserve 10/10 👌

Cosy and home like accommodation

The place is super clean, very spacious, the location is excellent, you can park inside their yard and the energy of the actual house is super nice and cosy. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and you can pay by card, something, which is quite rare for Serbia.

Easily one of the best apartments in the city of Niš. Super helpful and friendly host, the rooms are very clean and super well decorated. Bed is super comfortable, bathroom is super clean and has pretty much everything you could need, same goes for the kitchen.

There was no hair dryer in the specific apartment we stayed in. On a previous stay at these apartments there was one, so this just applies to this specific apartment. Otherwise everything was great!

Situation of the accommodation is perfect: Only a few steps to the city center at Trg Kralja Milana, only a few steps away from the bus stop to the airport (Line 34 A), but also 10 Minutes by foot to the main bis station. Nice view on the river and the city. Cosy installment. Absolutely clean!

The design and furnishings of the rooms, the spacious space, large doors, pictures on the wall. The riverside, private parking in the yard, hospitality and helpness of the host.

The owner is very polite, the apartment sparkling clean and close to the city center. We didnt have any problems. I am very happy with our stay. They have a parking on the facility as well

Large apartment with nice furniture on a great location just few minutes away from the city center. Only if it could be little bit cleaner, it would be perfect. In other words the only problem is cleaning.

The bathroom was awful, the bathtub and the shower curtain were full of mold. There were spider web in the corners and the yard was untidy.
