Just amazing! Everything was beyond expectations! Best service I ever experienced!

Everything was just amazing! The apartment was very nice, just lovely, in a great location with lot's of close places to eat, drink and visit. But I just want to emphasize that the best part of the whole experience was the hosts and their service! They were super polite, extremely helpful, the communication was excellent and they made all the efforts possible to make sure we had a great experience! Thank you once again, if we come back to Niš we will 100%, without a doubt, be staying here again!

Top location, not ideal for little kids.

Top location, few minutes from city center. Wifi works well, it’s clean and they provide baby cot.

A bit noisy surroundings. In general OK, but not ideal if you have small kids. On one side bar that plays loud electronic music that goes through wall, on other side noisy neighbour watching TV on high volume. Not much sunlight.

Terrible owners, stay away from this appartment

Nothing as I didn't stay in it.

My husband arrived ro Niš and got to the appartment where he found no one and I just received text message as I booked this stay for him - please cancel your stay, we had flood in the apartment (I guess that the reason for this is to not be able to leave bad review.. the haven't apologized, nothing like that. The purpose of my husband's stay was work, we never had the situation where the owner would just cancel at the last minute and you have to look for some other accomodations while you are already in town. I suspect that they just didn't want to rent for one day or something like that but that is not our problem. I would not recommend them to anyone!

It was perfect. Anastasia, the owner, was as kind as possible. We had everything that we needed. I can’t say a bad word about the property. Great location, great ambience and it’s not expensive at all. I strongly recommend!!! 10/10😃😃

The room is small but perfect for one person, it has everything you need. And I loved how big the bathroom is. It's not a huge building but small and cozy and it's exactly what I was searching for. Great location. I am so happy I found this accommodation and I'm sure I will be back soon (and everytime I need a place to stay in Nish). Also, I want to mention the host, she was so nice and kind. She called me a half an hour before my arrival, explained everything and she answered quickly on my messages. My stay in Nish was 10/10 thanks to them.

The entrance code didn't work..This would make functioning much easier and wouldn't have to call the owners for a checkout.
