Square Studio Apartment

Everything in the apartment itself was perfect . It had everything I needed. Very comfortable to stay there . Location was amazing. So central. Price was very good

The only painful fact was that it was 4th floor without elevator and each floor is 20 stairs so it was 80 floors going up each time and even for me as a fit guy it was not fun. However everything else was so perfect including the not expensive price, so I definitely recommend it With the exception of older people. My mother wouldn’t be able to do it if she was with me , for me it was perfect and good value.

The location is in the very centre of the city. As you leave the building, you're on the main square, surrounded by cafes, shopping malls and historic locations (the Niš Fortress is just a few minutes of walking away).

Uros was amazing host, friendly and very informative. The apatrment was very clean and very well equipped. The room had everything a traveler could need. The location of the apartment was in the center of Nis very close to the most important attractions of Nis which you could visit on foot. The accommodation provided free secure parking for the car. We highly recommend the accommodation. Thank you very much Uros. We hope to see you again on our next trip

The location is excellent — right in the center of Niš, which made getting around very convenient. The host was welcoming and gave us clear directions to the private parking spot. Having private parking is a real plus for travelers arriving by car.

The building is old and has no elevator, which is worth knowing in advance, though we managed fine. Inside the apartment, however, several things fell short. The bathroom had a persistent and strong unpleasant odor throughout our stay. Many elements of the apartment were visibly worn and poorly cleaned, reflecting a general lack of upkeep. The mattress was very soft and uncomfortable, and the pillows were both insufficient in number and uncomfortable. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay. We'd suggest some updates and more thorough cleaning to meaningfully improve the guest experience.
