It is an exceptional place right in the city center, very close to main sightseeing spots and the bus station. I enjoyed everything, but the hosts most of all: they're kind, hearty people.

I just stayed one night. It is a clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to main bus station and fortress. Wi-fi was good. The host was kind and helpful and easy to communicate with. I was planning to leave Nis by morning bus but it was cancelled. So I had to take the evening bus and they let me leave my luggage there until evening. Thanks for that.

Comfy and clean apartment. Kind hosts, very responsive and good communication. Excellent location, minutes of walk to bus terminal, the fortress and central square. They let me leave luggage there to pick up later. Bonus: The host told me to leave the payment on the table when checking out, not like some other apartments, first thing to say while checking in is asking for payment.

Exceptional place in Niš!

This is an exceptional apartment - squeaky clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities including a/c and washing machine. The owners are extremely kind and helpful, answering all my questions. And above all, the apartment is within walking distance of most of the sights in Nis. Parking in the street is not a problem at all. Highly recommended.

The location was exceptional, no noise, nicely organized house rules and pets are not allowed. Fully equipped and spacious apartment. It was a nice stay.

Clean and conveniently located apartment. Kitchen not functional.

The property was clean and in a great location. 5-10 minute walk from both the central bus station and centre of Niš where all the major sites are.

The property is advertised as an apartment with a kitchen that is both fully equipped and functional. Unfortunately this isn’t the reality and it is neither of these. Upon arrival we found no kitchenware and that the oven was not operational. When we asked the host about this we were informed that cooking is not permitted in the apartment, even though this is not made clear on booking.com or when booking the property. So keep this in mind if you are planning on cooking your own meals. You will be paying the price for a full apartment but will not have access to all of its amenities. Furthermore, the A/C unit did not work during our stay, the kitchen sink does not supply hot running water and the beds were just sofa beds so weren’t the most comfortable. However, the host was kind enough to source us some detergent tablets so that we could use the washing machine during our stay.

Spacious apartment with nice host

Location close to bus station and fortress. Room was spacious. Very nice host. You could use netflix on the TV. They offer a laundry service.

No pans in the kitchen. Shower could not be hanged while showering. Also kitchen was in the same room as the bed which is a bit strange.

Excellent location and good value for money

Location is great, less than a minute walk from the Nišava river, up to 5 minutes walk to the Fortress and city center. Hosts were kind and professional, apartment was clean and well equipped. Beautiful red roses are grown at the yard enterance, and, since it was May, they were in full bloom and made our stay even better.

Only cold water in the kitchen sink, but it wasn't so important to us. Everything else was great.

Everything was totally fine

Apartment is very clean, lots of towels and shampoos. beds are very soft. Location is very comfortable, easy to reach both bus station and airport. Owners are very pleasant and attentive

Excellent little apartment close to the heart of Nis

Location was very good, close to the city center and close to the fortress. It is the whole smaller apartment, but really nicely equipped. Very nice and spacious bathroom, bedroom with a very comfy bed and fine living room/kitchen. I also liked the apartment styling, many nice small details. The most important things - bed and bathroom - were really nice. The host was very nice and friendly, waited till my late arrival, helped me with instructions for parking. I even had some chocolates waiting for me. Very pleasant stay, all in all. The price was very low for the given comfort and location.

The only negative I could think of was that it was not possible to park in the street for very long, so I had to get up early, before 8, to drive away and avoid a parking ticket. But, it is not a fault of the host, they just don't have available parking spot and this is a metered city center.

This is 2 rooms apartment. Bed room and main room. When single guest stay, only the main room is opened, and you have to sleep on sofa on the main room and not on comfort real bed like in the sleeping room.. This sofa is too hard for comfort sleeping. My recommendation to add second mattress - layer for comfort sleeping, Or change the sofa to single real bed with suitable sleeping mattress rather than sitting one.
