Near city center beautiful apartment, clean, modern and the bed in the bedroom is my favorite part so comfortable, a bonus is that there is a big terrace with a cute friendly dog that likes getting pet.

Indeed a dream home! The apartment, hosted by the nicest and sweetest people, is beautifully decorated and there is no difference between the pictures and the reality! Also the property is absolutely spotless, the cleanest I’ve ever visited so far, it’s truly impressive! When next in Nis, for sure we will stay here again!

Seldom do you encounter a place that not only lives up to its advertisement but surpasses it. The apartment features an array of brand-new furnishings with a distinct sense of style. Upon stepping into the apartment, a pleasantly surprising sensation washed over us. Everything was very clean! However, the true brilliance of this establishment lies in its hosts. I have never experienced such sense of warmth and acceptance elsewhere. This isn't an exaggeration. From the moment we arrived, we were graciously offered homemade coffee paired with rakija, setting the tone for a remarkable connection. Our conversations blossomed into a genuine friendship. They went above and beyond in fulfilling every conceivable desire, far surpassing our initial expectations. Our exploration of Niš was enriched by our hosts invaluable guidance, allowing us to enjoy every moment. I extend heartfelt gratitude to them for elevating our two-day stay to the pinnacle of our vacation experience. Without a doubt, our forthcoming trip to Serbia will undoubtedly be centered around another unforgettable visit to Niš, spent in the company of these extraordinary people.. A sincere thank you! Apartman je udoban, čist, adekvatno opremljen sa garažom kao što je navedeno.

Jedina ali i najvažnija mana je blizina pruge, koja nigde nije navedena. Pruga je tik uz apartman. Vozni saobraćaj veoma aktivan, kako danju tako i noću. Pored buke izuzetno je izražen osećaj potresa prilikom prolaza voznih kompozicija

Odličan stan, čist i dobro opremljen, a domaćini - dragi i ljubazni ljudi

Чудесен апартамент, стилно обзаведен и с всичко необходимо и много чист. Удобно легло и разтегателен диван, прекрасна тераса. Локацията е на тихо място, съвсем близо до центъра и Нишката крепост. Домакините бяха много любезни, със сигурност ще дойдем пак ако минаваме през Ниш. Odličan stan, čist i dobro opremljen. Krevet i kauč su bili vrlo udobni. Terasa je odlična, kćer je uživala igrajući se na njoj. Lokacija je blizu centra i Niške tvrđave, na tihom mjestu. Domaćini su jako ljubazni, vratit ćemo se opet ako budemo putovali kroz Niša.

Το κατάλυμα είναι σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή,πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο όμως.Εχει κλειστό γκαράζ που επικοινωνεί με το σπίτι.Το σπίτι ήταν υπέροχο.Πολυ όμορφα διακοσμημένο και καθαρό!Ολα μύριζαν υπέροχα!Ειχε όλες τις ανέσεις!Μειναμε έκπληκτοι!Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν καταπληκτική!Χαμογελαστη και ευγενέστατη!Εμεινε στην καρδιά μας!Θα το επιλέγαμε πάλι!!

Просто найкращі апартаменти! Нас зустріли, все показали. Квартира чиста, нова, все зі смаком! Тапочки, постільна білизна, рушники все чистеньке і гарно пахнуло. Гарна простора тераса! Гараж - це - окрема подяка! Автоматичні ворота з виходом до квартири. Господарі дуже ввічливі, милі, підсказали де повечеряти та де маркет. За ракію - окрема подяка) - вона зробила наш вечір))) Однозначно рекомендуємо! І обовязково ще повернемося, тільки вже з подарунками з України!
