Great choice in Niš

- location - very clean and spacious - host and communication - cozy, feels like home - slippers and plenty of towels provided - ok wifi, it had some troubles when it was heavy rain but overall good signal

Just details: Bathroom is a bit chaotic as shower is not well covered and it is difficult to keep the floor dry. Kitchen can be a bit better equipped - kitchen towels, smaller plates, maybe a bit of emergency coffee :)

Location is good, quiet neighbourhood, car parking in yard.

Only aircon in livingroom, not in the bedrooms. 4th floor without elevator, about 80 stairs to go up. Should be listed in Booking.com.

The location is very good and free parking is available on the grounds of the apartment building. The host is also very friendly and the space is spacious and very comfortable. If I visit Nis again next time, I am willing to stay again.

Apartman je prostran, udoban, blizu je centra.

Samo sitne zamerke: parking u dvorištu je dosta tesan, imali smo samo male (ne i velike peškire) i u apartmanu nismo pronašli fen za kosu.

Čist, udoban smeštaj, lokacija odlična, domaćini ljubazni...

Dopalo mi se što je stan prostran, dovoljno je toplo jer je u potkrovlju, lep je pogled kroz krovne prozore i lokacija je super, sve je blizu. Domaćini su ljubazni i stoje na raspolaganju za sve što treba.

Jedino je možda mana što nema lifta i što je zgrada, odnosno stepenište dosta prljavo. Ali to nije bilo toliko ključno, bitnije je da je stan bio čist.
