Apartman je veoma prostran i na odličnoj lokaciji, bukvalno u samom centru. Tri od četiri kreveta bila su udobna, klima je dobro radila, a smeštaj je generalno bio uredan i dobro očišćen.

Mala jednokrevetna soba je značajno lošija od ostatka smeštaja – krevet je neudoban, nema zavese i veoma je topla jer je najudaljenija od klime. Oba kupatila imaju probleme. Donjoj tuš-kabini nedostaje jedna strana, pa voda prilikom tuširanja izlazi po podu, a nema odgovarajućeg briska kojim bi mogla da se pokupi. Gornja tuš-kabina je već drugog dana počela da se zapušava, a pojavila se i voda oko WC šolje. Problem sa zapušavanjem smo naknadno videli pomenut i u drugim recenzijama. Bilo je po dva peškira po osobi, ali nijedan dodatni za ruke u dva kupatila, vrlo malo toalet papira i bez osnovnih toaletarija. Posuđe nije delovalo sasvim čisto. Zvučna izolacija je loša. Dobili smo upozorenje da bi komsije mogle da pozovu policiju zbog buke, iako smo samo razgovarale i slušale muziku na TV-u na umerenoj jačini. Ovo može biti važno gostima koji planiraju da provode vreme u apartmanu uveče.

Very clean and tidy place! There was everything what is needed for an super nice and rexyng stay. Communication with the owner is easy and smooth and last but not least, there is a free parking. I am suggesting that apartment for everyone's next vacation to Nish!

I was impressed with this accommodation in high standards and very modern and comfortable. The owner is so helpful with immediate replies. It is situated in the centre of Nis walking distance to the restaurants, shopping centres and clubs. Groceries round the corner. The heating in this accommodation is immaculate and the hot showers and pressure of water was so good. Beds are comfortable and the only place that we found to have 3 bedrooms. Parking no problem. The balcony has great views on the top floor. Lift to the top floor was so easy. Thanks to the owner for being so nice and helpful. I will recommend this place and we will definitely be back. Keep it up beautiful people. Thank you once again.
