Great location, very close to the city center. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The host was extremely helpful and kept in touch with me from the time of booking. I definitely recommend it.

For one night it is cool

The location is just a 7-minute walk from the Niš city centre. The hotel entrance required a password, which we only received via WhatsApp upon arrival; I would have preferred to have this information in advance. The patio had a nice seating area, and fortunately, there was also a power outlet where I could recharge my phone, which had died and was needed to access the entry code. The host was helpful and recommended good places to eat. We left the payment for them to collect the next day. The bathroom was spacious, and I especially loved the walk-in shower. The double bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows.

Nice Apartment in a Prime Location – Could Use Some Touch-Ups

I had a good and simple communication with the hosts, who were very nice and welcoming. The location is excellent – right in the city center, which made everything easily accessible. However, the apartment felt a bit untidy on arrival, with crumbs on the floor and tables. There was also no place in the shower to hang towels or leave shampoo and shower gel, which was inconvenient. While there is a Nespresso machine, there were no capsules provided, and no espresso cups or saucers. The saucers for the tea mugs weren’t properly clean, and there were no paper towels or table cloths available in the kitchen area. That said, I would still come back to this apartment because of its location, convenience, spaciousness, and good value for money. With a bit more attention to detail, this could be an excellent place to stay.

Most amazing accommodation and its host in Nis.

The place is amazing and so is the host. Our flight arrived late so we had to find accommodation for the night. After 20 minutes of booking the host greeted us in front of the accommodation, explaining everything and making the extra sofa bed ready to sleep. Everything was clean, air conditioning for extra warmth plus kettle to have a tea or coffee. Thanks for everything, we will surely be back when we are visiting Nis.

Super friendly and very nice staff. The place is clean, the room has enough space to move around and not bumping into your things/ luggage.

The location is perfect. But it can be a bit tricky for parking if you travel by car. There is street parking onsite and the staff offer to save a spot for me, but still… For such a nice place to stay I would prefer they have their own parking lot.

Perfect place for a short stay

Absolutely loved this place! considering we were traveling with a baby (who crawls but doesn’t walk yet), the room had enough space for us. Ivan, the host, was very kind and helpful. He also advised us a restaurant to eat at very close, where we had a very delicious barbecue! The room was clean, with nice and modern design, good location! There is a cool street with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, bars and etc near. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Nis (with car or not)))

Beatifully designed and decorated rooms. Ideal location in a walking distance from the city center but at the same time off the main roads in a peaceful street. Ivan definitely completes the experience by being a truly superb, friendly host.
