Great flat in Nis

Location is great, the terrace is having really amazing view! The flat is quite big and very clean. We really like it and would like to come again. The hosts were really cooperative and allow us to stay till 11 for check out which was really highly appreciated!

There is no air-condition in one of the bedrooms which is not very convenient as the situation of the apartment is such that it is really very hot there. Additionally might be an option to have bathroom door changed/repaired in order not to generate noise while opening or closing as it is very close to the bedrooms. This was not a big deal for us but mentioning it for other guests.

Dont go there if you value your inner self - its a mess

Nothing except the location was pretty near to main square - apartfrom that it was a big mistake booking it ; images are tottally infalted and excagerated. The host was waiting for us to gave keys and collect the money - right after they took the money , they flew away and attitude was changed.

I had a very poor experience staying at this apartment. The place was old and lacked basic cleanliness from the start. The host seemed friendly only until payment was made, but afterward was unhelpful and even tried to force us to check out earlier than the agreed time. The apartment itself was in terrible condition — the bed and sofa were broken, the water heating system didn’t work, and the toilet was unclean and unpleasant to use. The wallpapers were clearly just covering up dirty walls, and the kitchen was poorly equipped. To make things worse, we even found empty beer bottles and clothes left behind by previous guests (I have photos). Noise was another major issue: traffic sounds carried inside, and bizarrely, noise from the apartment above traveled through a pipe running across the main hall. The lift and stairs were also in awful condition, with a terrible smell that made us feel unsafe and worried about what would happen in case of fire. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable stay. I cannot recommend this place to anyone

Great location for a couple with no babies.

It’s well situated, close to city centre and the highway.

Doors are squeaky and one room is missing an AC, which can be frustrating in the hot summer with a baby.

The owners were excellent. Attention to the details. We had coffee, sugar... Nice, semi modern looking apartment with good beds.

Some details here and there. Some lights are not finished ( hole instead of light socket ) The upper part of the balcony was not very clean... Sliding door between living room and kitchen are not best looking... But this is just more nitpicking at this point, these are not big issues. I leave these notes as points for improvement.

Location is near to the city center and the fortress, 10-15 minuten walking. Very clean, spacious and morden apartment, nice view.

there is no washmachine as mentioned in the descriptions. had to bring to the local laundry and pay for it. The boiler isn't big enough for 4 people even in summer, had to wait, not mention if you want to have a warm/long shower.

Great value for money

The place was great and the hosts were very nice. My family stayed there for the weekend and they loved it. There's a nice balcony and the place is walkable distance from the city center, bus and train station. There are shops near by and even though the street was busy, the apartment was quiet.

Superb

We only stayed in this large apartment for one day, but you can comfortably use it for a longer period. Everything look good and everything is available that you would need. It is at walking distance of the city center. Parking is for free. The apartment is at the 6th floor of an old building with 12 floors. The building itself looks bad but you will forget about that when you are in the apartment

Great value large apartment right by the city center

The apartment was very comfortable, with plenty of space and good light. The main bedroom was large with good storage and a nice mattress. The kitchen table served as a good workspace. It had a great view in two directions and a nice balcony.

Some of the cookware and dishes needed a better cleaning.

Few minutes taxi drive from the main bus station. The apartment is huge (2 bedrooms), and very clean, with everything needed for a short or even longer stay in Nis. Complete kitchen with all appliances for cooking, 3 LCD TV with free Wi-fi, and hundreds of channels. A warm place with a great balcony and with an excellent view. Close to the city center. Highly recommended to singles, couples, or couples with kids, for a few days or a longer stay. Probably much better and certainly much cheaper than booking a hotel.

The place was very comfortable. We were 7 of us. 4 adults and 3 children. The location was not at the center but very close. Walking distance. The owner greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful.
