Very clean and modern apartment. comfortable and well equipped. Amazing location and very nice and helpful owner.

It is apartment where smoking is allowed so even though there was a lot of room fresheners which ware a bit overpowering for me so I moved them in the hallway. And when the air cleaned out of this room fresheners, I could smell the cigarettes. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

It was a great day in Niš!

Clean and spacious, great location even if the map location in the listing was not correct. Free Private parking!

It is the 5th floor, without the elevator. That is also not stated in the listing, and with two small kids and a grandma it was a bit difficult but not a big problem. I would like to have known it before I got there.

Great place, amazing location

Amazing location. Very important for our stay was that we parked and didn't touch the cars by the time we were leaving. Everything was close enough to walk. The weather was not great but the apartment was warm. We had an amazing stay. The place was spacious enough for two couples and 3 kids (8yos). It was clean. We had coffee capsules free to drink. Communication with the host was easy

The bedrooms can be noisy due to party people walking outside. It didn't bother us, but if you can be bothered by such noise - you should sleep on the couch. I didn't mind the walk up the stairs but I imagine it might be inconvenient to some - it is on the 4th floor without an elevator, so probably not ideal for people with strollers or small children that will need to be carried upstairs. The only things I didn't like were: -there isn't a dishwasher -i would have liked having more cups

Spacious , very well furnished and equiped Apartment. Excellent location, easy and quick access to city centre snd main tourist attravtions. Host veru pleasant and helpfull.

The only problem for us was the fourt floor in the Building without lift.

Superb

Spacious two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms! We spent only one night there, but we had all we needed. Our host was super friendly and gave us some good recommendations. We also came later than expected, and he agreed to give us extra time for check-out. Good thing that you can park your car on the site.

Gem accomodation in Nis

Excellent location, close to center and some landmarks. A free private parking was provided at no cost for us which was such a nice thing (in Nis all parking is paid!). The host maintained great and smooth communication before arrival and upon arrival. The apartment is freshly remodelled, fresh and nice.

The apartment is on the top floor (5th or 6th) and the building doesn't have an elevator. While this didn't bother us much, some senior tourists may find it bothersome.
