Relaxing and safe.

Beautiful apartment, reasonable price, very kind host. As a female solo traveler I felt safe there. Apartment is huge, it can easily accommodate a big family. Host was present when I reached, it is located at the heart of the city, will definitely go back. Nis is a beautiful city and hosts like Leo Lux makes is worth it.

The apartment is new, very clean and well located. Host support was enormous which we really appreciate! Additionally there is also private parking place which is a big advantage as well.

I think it would be beneficial if there could be more mugs, plates etc, but that it’s the only small suggestion :)

Everything was great! The apartment is located in the city center, everything was clean, a lot of useful facilities and the host was very nice and helpful! We had a great time, I’d recommend it.

Excellent stay close to the city center

Our stay at this apartment was excellent! The location is perfect, being so close to the city center while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are impressively large and spacious, providing plenty of comfort. I especially appreciated the large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The host was very polite and welcoming, making sure all my needs were met. The two free parking spots, one in the basement and one outside, were a huge convenience, making it easy to come and go as I pleased. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the city center!

Very comfortable, clean and spacious apartment, everything is new, the building has an underground parking. The view from the apartment is beautiful in the night. The place is close to the centre. The host was very helpful - gave us a list of restaurants to go.

A 4-star apartment

In the last 10 years I have stayed in approx. 80-90 places in various countries in Europe on a budget of 40-120 euro, depending on countries, cities and other factors. Leo Lux 2 is definitely one of the best apartments I have stayed in, to which I give 4 stars without any doubt. New apartment, tastefully finished, elegant. Quality stuff (some being big brands - see Grohe, in the bathroom), phenomenal mattresses!!!, electric exterior blinds, exceptional kitchen!!! Exemplary cleanliness (I could see that even the boiler was cleaned :) :) - in Thessaloniki, in an expensive apartment we stayed in the night before, not even the floor was cleaned properly!!!!) I hope the owner will keep this apartment as good and clean, as we will become regular customers when we stay in Nis!!!

Perfect location, clean and new

This place is awesome! Location is just perfect, 150m from area with nice restaurants and pedestrian zone, yet so quite and not noisy at all! The place is super clean, bright and spacious, with all the things you might need for a comfortable stay. Wifi worked perfectly. Parking is free and in the building, you take an elevator from parking to the apartment floor. The host is super nice and helpful, quick to respond and was very flexible with out check in time. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic brand new apartment

We are traveling with 2 small kids, and the location of the apartment is just great, 2 mins from everything you need, not to mention that apartment is brand new. Being in the hotel business for 20 years, I can only say that interior design is amazing, and everything is done to make you feel like in a good hotel. Owners are great people, always warm welcome, and explanation in details. We will definitely be back when we are in Nis.

Superb

The host Vladimir was very friendly and easygoing, the apartment is new and contemporary, furnished with style. The location is downtown, 3-minute walk to the main street, 10-minutes walk to the fortress. It was hot outside, but Vladimir had turned on the air conditioners in advance and the apartment was pleasantly cool when we arrived.

We were four and there were only two chairs. Also some choice of pillows would be appreciated. Everything else was perfect.

Прекрасен, просторен, чист и модерен апартамент. Уникална локация- в идеален център, близо до кафани, магазини, мол. Домакинът се погрижи за нас и беше много отзивчив- дори ни направи резервация (по наша молба) в хубава кафана. Благодарим! Чудесен бе престоят ни!

Отличный вариант

Нам втроём было очень удобно в этом месте: пешая доступность до центра города, рядом магазины, хорошие рестораны. Воспользовались рекомендациями хозяина и сходили вкусно пообедали. Машину оставили в бесплатном крытом паркинге при этом доме. Хозяин нам сказал, что в Нише можно пить воду прямо из-под крана, она и правда оказалась вкусной. Порадовало наличие кофеварки, так как мы любим кофе сутра. И конечно, был прекрасный вид из панорамных окон на город и церковь, которая утром будила нас звоном колоколов.
