It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either.

The location and the overall structure of the house were nice. Communication was good. The facility generally gave the impression of being clean.

In the bedroom, there was a clearly disturbing wooden scratching noise. I couldn’t tell whether it was coming from the bed or the floor, but it was loud and uncomfortable enough that we had to close the door to that room and sleep on small beds next to our children.

Cozy modern apartment with private parking

A very nice modern apartment with private parking and cozy beds. It was clean, renovated and with everything you need. An added bonus is it’s really close to this awesome restaurant with great Serbian food. Highly recommend.

Great stay for a weekend trip!

Very nice location (10 minutes walk from the very center) and absolutely pleasant and helpful owner. It has everything needed - good bathroom, fridge, A/C, even TV. Very good price for quality.

In our room the balcony door was blocked by a bed, could be nice to move it a bit further

Parking area was perfect. Owner gave good instructions about city and restaurants.

Air conditioner was not enough for heating all the rooms and apartments shared entrance was a littlw strange.

It is our second time that we stay at this place and I honestly can say that is the best we stayed in Niš. Easy check-in, smooth check-out (smart keys management); very close to the center, but in a quiet neighborhood; 5 minutes walk to the city center, bars and restaurants; 1 minute to supermarket; free parking in the courtyard; the apartment is new, clean and spacious; the host is hospitable and polite, and gave us interesting and helpful information about the city. We definitely will stay here next times we will travel to Niš

Very comfortable studio with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Spacious bathroom with all kind of toiletried added extra comfort. Parking both on street and private. Close to the centre and supermarkets. Very welcoming hosts, who also helped us estimate the cash spend in kuna for the duratio of our stay.
