Stan u centru Niša, Obilićev venac

A small but very tidy apartment in a new residential building, very clean and very quiet, only 5 minutes from Nis city centre. Free parking is located only 150 meters from the flat, which is a major benefit.

We had no complaints, the apartment met our expectations, all kitchen and home appliances were provided, communication with the host was very easy and clear, so we rate this apartment as excellent value for money.

We communicated everything easily. The host is really nice person. The apartment has all the things you need. The location is great, 10min max to the fortress, and market and restaurants are near by. There is a free parking, and a lot of street parking around. All in all, great stay, and would recommand to all.

Easy access to the apartment and from the apartment to the center of the town (we walked), free parking nearby, fast internet, elevator to take you up. The bed is hard but it's exactly like at home so it was very pleasant, the same for the couch (extendable). There are enough amenities and kitchen utensils, you also have TV if you're bored and a small fridge to store some food (it is not really strong, tho). It was snowing when we arrived but the apartment was really warm (didn't need extra heating) Very clean, cozy and spacious for a small apartment, exceeded our expectations!

The chairs seem to be a bit broken/not stable so we tend not to use them
