Problems with parking, but solved by the host.

Very comfortable, large rooms, beds, nice furniture. . Very good location. On TV, a lot of sport programs, including Premier League, LaLiga, SerieA and Bundesliga football matches.

The coffee machine didn't worked as it was explain to us. We had no chance to make it work.

Comfortable Central Niš stay

This apartment is in a great location just around the corner from Obrenovićeva, the main pedestrian street and a short walk from the Niš Fortress. There’s an Idea supermarket located on the ground floor of the building. The spacious two-bedroom apartment has been renovated to a high standard and comes with a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with a rain shower, extra toilet and sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, flat screen TV and good WiFi. The apartment is on the third floor of a complex serviced by an elevator. Unfortunately, this was not working during our visit but Miroslav helped us bring our luggage up and down the stairs. Other than the parking issues this is a really good option for a central Niš stay!

If you have a car, it’s problematic. There is parking in the rear of the apartment complex, but there are no allocated parking spots and it seems to operate on first come first served basis with people parking their cars in any available space. If you get parked in, you need to ring the number on the dashboard of the offending vehicle, failing that lean on your horn until the driver returns!

Spacious apartment in great location

This is a lovely spacious apartment that you could happily spend weeks in! The host was the kindest and most generous person we've met on our travels and went out of his way to help us with anything we needed. The location is perfect for exploring Nis as you are right in the middle of King Milan square so you can walk to most sights. Great WiFi throughout the apartment.

Nis, un oras foarte placut, plin de viata, unde chiar merita sa poposesti si sa petreci cateva zile.

Am revenit in Nis, dupa doua saptamani de vacanta in Grecia, si am rezervat aceeasi locatie, Sandra. Cred ca asta spune multe. Consider ca indeplineste toate criteriile pentru a-i multumi chiar si pe cei pretentiosi.

Sunt locuri care te atrag, pur si simplu te simti bine. Pentru mine, Nis e unul din acele locuri.

In drum spre Grecia, intotdeauna ma opresc in Nis pentru o noapte. Pot spune ca am avut parte de locatii bune, decente. Insa Sandra e cireasa de pe tort. Situata central, la doi pasi de zona pietonala, indeplineste toate conditiile pentru a fi pe placul si celor din categoria “pretentiosilor”. Faptul ca are parcare e un avantaj important. Cuvinte de lauda despre gazde. In concluzie, Nis este un oras turistic, cu oameni frumosi, unde chiar merita sa te opresti.

Savršen stan na idealnoj lokaciji u strogom centru. Fantastičan domaćin. Sve preporuke!

Fantastičan, veoma prostran, funkcionalan i svijetao stan, sa velikim sobama, modernim namještajem, udobnim krevetima, opremljen apsolutno svim udobnostima koje boravak čine izuzetno prijatnim. Stan je perfektno čist, u njemu je sve, do najmanjeg detalja, podređeno zadovoljstvu gosta. Grijanje u stanu je fantastično. Iako se nalazi u strogom centru grada, stan je izolovan od bilo kakave buke. Domaćin je izuzetno ljubazan i predusretljiv, gostima je dostupan u svakom momentu za sve što im je potrebno. Ovaj stan će biti naš izbor i prilikom budućih posjeta Nišu. Uz zahvalnost domaćinu Mići, tople preporuke svima koji u Niš dolaze privatno ili poslovno.

Nema apspolutno nikakvih neodstataka, sve je bilo savršeno. Najiskrenije preporuke svima koji planiraju boravak u Nišu!
