A cozy, beautifully designed apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

- Contact free :) access and a parking spot right downstairs. - A washing machine with a dryer function — that’s a huge plus! No detergent provided, but you can easily buy some at a nearby shop. - The room has a bathtub, which is always a bonus. - Very spacious, with plenty of blankets and towels. - Beautiful, professional design, you can tell a real designer worked on it. Interesting choice of books on a bookshelf only adds some spice - A cute little balcony to enjoy the crisp autumn air. With the balcony sleepers - Tea, coffee, a turka (sorry, I don't know propper english name for turkish coffee pot), and shampoo provided. And if you see a dog standing by the door, please let her in, she’s just warming up and has her own bowls infront of the neighbours' flat.

Honestly, it was hard to come up with any downsides, the only one is that the light above the stove is switched on behind the fridge, which is a bit of an odd setup.

Cosy stay in Niš

The apartment is very charming with all the amenities you might need. The location is central so it is very easy to get by. It is minutes from the fortress which is very pleasant to walk through. The hosts are very welcoming and easy to communicate with.

Super ubytovanie, priestorný byt, vybrali by sme si ho aj na budúce.

Veľmi pekný byt, veľmi blízko pevnosti a centra. Vybavenie na dobrej úrovni a vedela by som si predstaviť stráviť v byte aj viac ako jeden deň. Dobrá komunikácia s majiteľkou aj napriek mojej nedostatočnej angličtine. Bezplatné parkovanie vyhradené v podzemnej garáži.

Logement exceptionnel

Emplacement exceptionnel, au bord de la rivière avec ses berges aménagées en une longue promenade égayée par des bars restaurants. A deux pas de la forteresse et du centre-ville, mais dans une rue en impasse aux voitures, dans un immeuble très calme. Le parking en sous-sol est facile d'accès et l'emplacement est assez grand. Depuis le parking, l'ascenseur permet d'accéder directement au 3ème étage. L'appartement est spacieux, fonctionnel, moderne, bien équipé et superbement décoré. Magdalena est très réactive, serviable et très sympathique.

Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist ideal. Man erreicht schnell zu Fuß Restaurants und Cafés. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Hochhaus und vermittelt ein authentisches Wohlgefühl.

Das Schliesssystem (Zugang zur Wohnung)könnte vorher besser erklärt werden.
