Great location in the city center. It is only 5 minutes away from the main square, Fortress, and a lot of bars and restaurants. Very welcoming and kind host.

The cleanness, especially, of the bathroom could be a little improved, but overall good value for money.

It was clean, it had everything mentioned, the lady that give us the keys was nice, she arranged the room the way we wanted and it's very close to the center.

It was my worst experience so far in Serbia. Extremely uncomfortable beds and even more pillows, the wi-fi was not reaching the room good, I needed to move around the room to find a good coverage. And it was almost impossible to reach the host, unless you call, he was not answering messages.

Only good thing is location if you need room in the city center.

Even I texted the owner coupe of times about my arrival time, still was outside waiting for them to show up for 15 min. No instructions. WIFI was disaster, didn't work about 90% of the time. ( I know most people will come here to walk around all day, but I needed to spend most of the time in my room ), No elevator, there are stairs. Room looks decent, but it wasn't clean. I know most of the people will say, "well for that price" and yes. I didn't expect 5 star or swimming pool, I really needed clean room. the fright had some much ice looks like it wasn't clean for years. Kettle was full of dirt too. Same for check out, texted him, no answer, then I sent photo with the key on the door and left. found another apartment, for my 14 days stay here. Will recommend only if every other apartment in Nis is full and you have to be there

Only location is good.

Check in process is not good. The host is not responsive. They receive only cash. The room is the dirtiest room I have booked. You can see spider webs ets. I decided to stay another place.

Location is fantastic. Private parking is great.

This place was rated over 9 but in 2014. But that was long time ago. A lot of small things need smaller investments to get fixed. Cooler in WC is noisy, window shutters need additional pulling, bathroom water flush needs a bit of nudging to work well, kitchen heaters are not working properly... But with couple of hundreds of euros this can be fixed and place could be awesome.
