The location is prime, close to center and river, bars, fortress, atm, 24/7 supermarket, etc.
The smell of urin in the building stretched well beyond the 3rd floor. It was sanitized in the morning, but ruined the overall impression.

Не смотря на небольшой метраж, квартира чистая, уютная и удобная. Во всех комнатах есть двери. На кухне достаточно принадлежностей. Есть стиральная машина. Достаточно мест хранения. Спать было комфортно. Вид из окна красивый, а еще находится квартира в самом центре!
Не работало жалюзи в гостиной, не нашли стиральный порошок:( но это мелочи
