Park Residence 2

It was very clean! Quiet whereas it was next to the square!5 minutes far away from the Center on foot! The landlady was very polite and responded immediately in our text messages!VFM!!! Pet friendly and there was a private parking space! You don’t need anything else when you travel abroad! You have everything you need!

We couldn’t stay more days because we had to travel to another city.

Parking was easy to access. Good location for walking to sights. Small supermarket, cafe, bakery, burek and pizza shops within 100m. AC, good Wifi, decent TV. Host communication was very good. Very clear access instructions.

Water pooled behind the toilet causing an unpleasant smell. No hot water in the kitchen (heater apparently waiting to be replaced, but this had not been advised until we reported no hot water in kitchen). No plug for kitchen sink so you can't wash dishes without wasting water. One cooktop, so cooking options are very limited, especially when pans are dirty and start smoking as soon as you start heating them. Bed linen doesn't fit the bed, the base sheet isn't tucked in and doesn't reach the bottom of the mattress. The noise. The apartment block elevator is one one side of the apartment so you hear that noise every time someone uses it. (It sounded like.out garage door going up/down at home). The woman in the adjacent apartment either "works from home" or was "having a VERY good time" for more than an hour, multiple times during our stay.
