Се беше одлично, станот е добро опремен со се што е потребно. Сопственикот е достапен за комуникација во секое време. Чисто е и многу топло, што е одлично во зима. Иако е на 6ти спрат без лифт не е воопшто проблем. Вреди многу повеќе од цената.

Lovely host, comfortable and well ornamented Studio.

The studio was perfectly ornamented, cleaning was superb and location was perfect to avoid traffic and still be able to visit Nis main points of interest. Communication with the host was brilliant, he took care that everything was right in order to accommodate and enjoy our stay.

It is an old building with no elevator. Lifting up a 27kg luggage 6 floors was not an easy task specially after several days of driving. Also, at night , the people staying behind us started to drag furniture around and a lot of noises were coming, sadly ruining our rest (which was really needed).

Super clean, really aesthetic, exceptionally spacious. Love the record player and the records its equipped with! Cooking was a breeze and I had all the necessary equipment. I stayed in 10+ apartments in Nis and this one is far by the best, generally and value for money.

Pristojan smeštaj za 1-2 dana

Brz dogovor. Relativno ima da se parkira auto u okolini zgrade. Postojanje šporeta, klima koja dobro hladi i pun bojler vrele vode je bio čim smo došli. Peškiri koji su odlični, čisti i mirišu.

Problem je 6. sprat bez lifta posebno alo se imaju neke teže torbe/kofer. Minimalno pribora za obrok (nema npr. kutlača), bio je prljav/stari sunđer za sudove, nema truleksa ni krpe za sudove (srećom to uvek sama nosim).U kupatilu nema kupke za telo, ni šampona za kosu. Ima samo sapun za ruke. Krevet za jednu osobu je na toliko lošem i teško pristupačnom mestu da bukvalno mora da se čučne da bi se došlo do njega. Ne postoje venecijaneri niti zavese na dva krovna prozora tako da leti ujutru vas probudi sunce koje bije pravo u vas. Nameštaj ispod kosina (stan je odmah ispod krova) umesto da je u prostoru gde su one manje.

Na přespání na 1 absolutně bez problémů.

Apartmán byl velice hezký. Domluva s hostitelem byla vynikající, vše proběhlo tak, jak bylo zasláno v instrukcích.

Město, ani místo nebylo moc hezké, bylo dost špinavé, posprejované.
