AVOID THIS PLACE, you might end up with a stranger in your apartment. The owner (very weird person) brought a stranger at 9 pm. to the apartment. When I said that I don't want this, that's not a normal situation, his answer was, it's not my problem. After moving furniture around and drinking beer, the owner left the place around 10.30 pm. Meanwhile the stranger went to the city and came back at midnight. I don't recommend this place, never been in situation like that.

The night before the host called to say that the apartment I booked initially is not available and that he has more expensive one near the city centre .later I discovered that it's 2km away from city center.

The apartment is in excellent position, it is close to city center, cultural facilities and monuments as this is a city of a great historical significance. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable even for larger groups, with a wide view on city surrounding. The host is friendly and eager to offer a drink to chat about the city life. Every recommendation!

The inconveniences are not worth the little bit of cheaper accomodation that this aprtment offers.

The location was good. The host presented the apartment well, and was all the time reachable by phone. When requested to provide some essential objects that were missing in the apartment (shower gel, toilet paper, ...) he responded by bringing them the day after.

The apartment was not sufficiently clean, and there was a lack of basic cooking equipment. I had the impression that money was saved on everything when it came to equipping the apartment: you could barely prepare a coffee and there was no chance to cook or fry something with the pots and pans provided, the water heater was small (fine for a single person but not for more), the fridge was small (but still OK), ... The terrace was unusable because of dirt. The flat itself was not super clean. The host did not specify check-out time and called me to tell me that he prefers when people check in early in the morning. He kept changing the agreement on where and when I need to take the keys, did not want to come to check if all was OK, but did not want me to leave the keys there. In the end he asked me to take the keys to the company of his wife and give it to her by driving through a zone closed for traffic in a city I never visited before. It was too much to ask from a person you do not know, especially a guest.
