Apartman se nalazi u okviru tržnog centra, pored reke Nišave. Odmah pored je srednjovekovni grad Momčilova kula, kao i centralna gradska ulica. Apartman je prostran i dobro opremljen. Postoji mogućnost besplatnog parkinga.
